You guys should do all of your videos walking down streets of Portland and the suburbs. It’d give us a nice feel and awareness of the city and surrounding areas.
You forgot one of the biggest differences for families is that there is 3 school districts that are cover happy valley. A family buying here would probably want to buy in the north clackamas school district.
