If you ever play beach against me, you better watch out for the one ball. Nothing is more deflating and frustrating to the other team and I love it.

Third set when the game was tied at 3-3, did the score keeper give both teams a point when it should’ve been given to just nuss/kloth? My fav team won anyways but…..

She just missed the directional block, which is legal in beach, out of bounds. It was very close to the line, but refs called it out.

1:58 is totally legal, since it was a pass.
The problem I have with it and I think Cheng did too, was she was not square to that spot. She looks to be perpendicular to the net and it wasn’t windy so that wouldn’t have pulled the set over that much. Yes you can set over, you just need to be squared up to that spot or if the ref determines it was the wind that took it. Intentionality.

It doesn't matter if there is wind or not, as long as you're trying to set your teammate it's fine.
@@Matiaza but one could always argue they are trying to set their teammate on every over set. I believe their is some discretion for the refs?
@@EarnestProductions Nah, you can pretty easily see if it's meant to be a set or not. This was clearly a set so that's why it's ok. Funny that players don't even know the rules
