There’s a shortage of good bus drivers was tour guides in a lot of places, it would seem. Must be especially true on Sundays! Nice of the market to give you tastes-maybe everyone else had gone to lunch after church(?) Lindsay is always right! A non-British line probably are not the experts on cream tea, I guess you discovered, but at least you didn’t have to pay extra! I love Toscana. Cheesy risotto-and of course she’s having more Prosecco! Missed their excellent lasagna, and no dessert???
Thanks Cheri it's always good to hear from people with more experience of the individual cruise lines. I think we learnt a lot about how to make the most of Oceania from other passengers like yourself. I think next time we go back we will have an even better experience. (Mind you this one will take some beating) Thanks for watching Cheri always appreciated
Ken, thanks for this very nice video and your others about the Riviera, which we will be on in November. How did you find the service? I ask because on Cruise Critic there have been some very mixed comments about Oceania lately, and this will be our first cruise on the line!
Hi Bill we found the service to be excellent in general. We could tell that there were new members of crew on board and although they were obviously learning from colleagues they were all very polite happy and pleased to be there. All the staff were happy to chat with the passengers and anything that you wanted you just had to ask for. We had a great time and paid a deposit for our next cruise on board. I guess that's the best measure of we thought. Thanks for watching Bill there are more to come
Another very informative episode. Brest looked interesting in the sense that the architecture seemed very different. Re Riviera the spaces on the ship look lovely. Did you have a favourite common area, or enjoy them all?
Hi Lesley we didn't really have a single favourite area. But some of the places we seemed to gravitate to were Martinis, Waves grill and the Baristas coffee shop. Thanks for watching again.
Excellent video, on board the ship🌎
Thanks for watching I hope you enjoy the other episodes

What a drama getting into town. Although having the city Empty of people is not just confined to Australia on a Sunday 😂😂😂
Another great vlog
Thanks Arthur I guess we have got used to everything running 7 days a week in the UK it felt strange to us.
My husband and I like to dance, were there any couples dancing on the ship ? We usually go on celebrity but will be going on oceania soon.
There was dancing in the horizon lounge with the house band. It was for short periods and not ballroom dancing like Cunard
@@KenGoesCruising thanks for your reply. We’ll see how it goes soon. Love your videos.
Nice cream tea but cream was a little disappointing.
I still think Cunard has the best afternoon tea at sea
