Let me tell you views do NOT equal money. I get minimum 50k per posts and most around 200k but I get £0.01 RPM! Even though a large part of my audience is in the US. I cannot stress enough how crucial your rpm is to earning money. If I had 20p rpm, I’d be rolling in thousands a month. Instead it’s £150 a month. This is the downside of the entertainment niche and the more people I speak to, the more I notice it happening on other accounts. TikTok are prioritising educational channels as the entertainment side of TikTok is so oversaturated by accounts that are just not doing it right.
Absolutely agree, big part of a fall off from the creator rewards program is the sharp drop in RPMs. I've started to focus primarily on the tiktok shop for this reason as my RPM fell from £0.55 to around £0.04 in the creator rewards program. With supply and demand RPMs will start to increase again
Can i get help i have a account to promote products with affiliate. My account is in good standing but when i try to apply my request gets rejected saying my account isn’t in good standing
