Finally back in action. Would it be possible for you to include the estimated total monthly maintenance fees in your videos? So that we can get a rough picture of the net rental.
Great to see you doing your thing again, Sean! Here in Los Angeles we're still on lockdown. But, working for the police, I still have to go to work every day. I just cut my own hair yesterday! I see your hairstyle has changed, too! :)
Oh yes i too would like that. Initially when they launched i went to their showhome, looks amazing but having competitions with nearby developers but didnt commit because limited funds. Would love to see how it is now.
@@izzmalaysia8007 As I know the developer still has plenty of units on hand and they're offering at a good price. The maintenance fee is rather high which is around 40cents and Maxis connection is rather weak in that area.
In the bathroom...when he was checking out the brand name, he said Niro (7:08). I thought it is stated Orin. Hmmmm, not sure I heard right. Sorry, can help to comment.
Hi Sean, been watching your property reviews all the while, since you always emphasise on the refuse Chambers, can you let us know what makes a good refuse chamber actually? It seems pretty similar in every property and basically it's just a sidekick of thinking for the developers since they only focus on the house units and the facilities
Good ventilation, clean, screened windows a plus, at least a drain or two, and adequate amount for the number of units. It's a pretty simple space, but if it lacks those things it can be an issue. Long-term it's better maintenance wise to have tile/etc for easy cleaning and maintenance in the space, which reduce long-term cost.
The drive way to car park always create a loud bang noise whenever a car drive through.. the clothes they are hanging at the windows also very messy...
For the entrance, did they provide key card for residence, i mean like key card for the person who lived there, or manual like still like show id or something hahaa thankyouuu
Mind sharing top I.D in Malaysia? I do understand you partnering with cosyhomes but at the same time maybe you can provide few options for us viewers to shop around. Thank You
Because it's on commercial lands.. there's limited residential lands in Cyberjaya, especially if you want it smack in the middle of the city center.. 😅
It is good to see that you have your new video out, but it is best not to pull up and down your mask repetitively, especially in this Covid season. Just an advice, stay safe😊
if subsale its around RM300k plus minus I would buy. Liked the pool, like the serenity around it. Even I don't mind travel to work at Puchong from Cyber everyday. But 400-500k range? Hmm tak berbaloi lah.
There are dual keys unit at Hyve. 1 studio unit + 3br unit sharing 1 entrance. I think this unit u reviewed might be that dual key unit. My friend owns 1
this estate was built in 2015, yet the facade (part of the external wall I would say) start to have cracks, investors should beware of the high repair fees of the public parts in the future
Why are the kitchen area always so poorly designed in most Asian condominiums lahh 😂 Looks so weird with washing machine, fridge etc sticking out beyond the frame.. there’s no touch to it
Massive gigantic thumbs down to basketball courts near to residences. If you have a few inconsiderate teenage or young brats who regularly go play any time between around midnight to 4 am, there goes your sleep, if you are a light sleeper. Not to mention the potentially loud and incessant thump thump thumping of the ball can drive you insane at any time of day esp when you are trying to relax. Besides, Malaysians are hopeless at basketball what's with the obsession of basketball courts built on every playground? What happened to badminton courts, which I don't see anywhere in public spaces ... no wonder our badminton standards have gone downhill.
Glad you're able to make videos again. Keep them coming.
That is shocking - 5 years old - looks 15.
Good to see that you are back on the street Sean, please take care as well!
Very detailed video, listed down all the pros and cons of the building. Keep up the good work!
Glad it was helpful!
One of your better reviews. Honest & unbiased.

MCO stops and you’re back immediately 💯💯💯

Hi Sean, my brother bought a unit there for investment. His ROI is good.
That's great to hear!! Thanks for sharing:)
It's just weird that the rental is good but then there're still unsold units... Hmmm...
iherng He is lucky, managed to rent his unit out ever since VC. I think it is because he nicely furnished it. 😁
That's what our team in The Makeover Guys do everyday!! Time for more investment dy... Hahaha 😂

Poor craftmanship, wouldnt last more than 50 years building. That's the conclusion. Why bother to own , just rent.
