- Hello Everyone,
New Beginner Barre Live on BWI
balletwithisabella.com/class/beginner-barre-2/
Building correct foundations in ballet is absolutely key and critical. When working with students, the thing Isabella finds students are struggling with most of all is turnout. Hip mobility, inner thigh and deep rotator connection
This is a connection that is often overlooked. You may find yourself rushed to do more advanced steps without fully understanding and training that connection. Making future more advanced steps challenging.
In this Beginner Barre with a focus on Turnout, we will be doing slow and controlled exercises with expert cues to help you establish and train that connection. It is of the upmost importance to get this right.
For more turnout conditioning, try the other conditioning classes in the online studio.
This class is perfect for beginners and people wanting to slow down to refine their skill and connection.

About Me
Hello everyone! my names Isabella.
I am the first British graduate of the Vaganova ballet academy in Saint Petersburg Russia. I was a soloist working with the Mikhailovsky Ballet and Eifman ballet.
Now I live in London as a full time coach
Here, on my channel I am sharing my passion with you all about the Vaganova technique amongst many other things related to ballet we all love.
It's a hard industry so I am here to help with my insights and knowledge to make it a little easier for you all, as well as to hopefully entertain you with my content.
Thank you for watching!
Omg a teacher said that to your mom that you should go home because of turn out. Im sure as a teacher you wouldnt do such a thing.
A lot of teachers can't actually teach. It's easier to get rid of people that don't fit in than find a different way to communicate, or face that they are failures as teachers.
And teaching Beginners in any dance form is the hardest of all as many can’t think back to that level: it takes a v special skill to do this.
It’s especially so with age 55+ Beginner/Novice Ballet with the restrictions of older bodies (the RAD’s Silver Swans’ initiative is v good for this as the Licensees are experienced teachers with targeted training ).
