Brilliant, just found this by accident, I put this show together with a mate, (David Greg McNicholas), neither one of us had enough money to buy a beer and a pickled egg, (I'm the bloke with the mic on stage with the girls!) Those were good times! I don't know how we did things in those days with out money and cell phones, what ever could go wrong, did, for instance, the scaffold truck blew a tire on the way to the show (this was to be the stage) on a deserted country road, no way for them to contact us, or we them! Some how, the show kicked off, in a light drizzle, lights that we, um, borrowed, came on, the sound system pounded with the generator, that we had just fixed, pumped back into life, Hawkwind strumming their hypnotic chords through a fog machine pushing white clouds off the stage into the excited screaming crowds!
Yeah, there is, I put out a longer Video about 15 minutes long, I had hired a couple of young lads from Bristol Art College to do the sound we used a 1970’s Nagra reel to reel in a suitcase, the lads and I forgot to check if the double ‘A’ batteries were good in the mic, of course they weren’t, we lost interviews and tons of recordings because of this, luckily we recorded the live music for an Album which we released via our own Record Label “Spiked Records” but had to partner (of course we didn’t make any money and we got well and truly ripped by a London based Record Label who had an existing contract with Hawkwind, shocker!) the Album has the same name as the show: “Bristol Custom Bike Show 1986 Live” We found out later that Record Label were cutting more Records and selling in Europe, it sucks getting burned! I worked with Voodoo Child in London, crazy fun days!
Alright pal, yes it's me, I changed it when the opportunity was given to users. Still using the same pic though, hence the name change... Actually, it's not just because of that, but it's a long story...

@@Willsbridgevideos Kool story. Would that label be GWR? Or someone else ... Hawkwind seem to be a magnet for dodgy labels :-D
Yep, GWR!
Nice one! Hey, are you "Mr Innocent," if I can put it that way!
