Holy crap, thank you so much!!! Love your stuff so much. I'm a beginner on nomad, and to 3D modelling at all. It's actually been going pretty nicely, but the biggest challenges I faced were the voxel re-mesh and subdivide. I would merge things high res too early and it would just mess up my model completely. Thanks so much for helping!! This problem was stressing me out for months
Loving your videos and Nomad! Curious I somehow manage to get my world and local coordinates out of whack on different model assets in a single project and find it impossible to fix( I’m sure it’s something simple). Have you done a video on this subject?
@@SmallRobotStudio I want you to magically transfer me your skills ugh, but honestly would appreciate just more head tutorials that are like speed sculpts, but you just explain what and why you’re doing
@@ivanmos6979 Hahah nothing magical about them just lots of hours trying and failing. I just hide forever the ugly failed sculpts :D I can definitely do that! I think sculpting heads is my fave!
Hi Erika, Can you please make a tutorial for how to do the second sketch that divides for planes and the rhythms as they connect? I’m stuck on this step on procreate and I don’t know what to do. Awesome tutorials⚡️
Glad to hear so! You'll will find mask actions at the top of the mask settings Menu: Clear, Invert, Blur and Sharpen. For the quick gesture hold down the mask button on the side of the screen. To clear a mask make a stroke on the background. To invert a mask, tap on the background. To Blur, tap on the masked area. To Sharpen tap on the unmasked area. Make sure you are holding down the mask button, while doing your gesture. Just tapping won’t work.
When I change the view from front to side (or vice versa) i have to reload the reference picture, and the scale, x- and y axis... Is there a better way I can 'attach' a picture to a view ? Thanks for your time to answer..
There's a new tool that wasn't around when I recorded this tutorial, the save camera view. This way you can have a reference with both views, align your model to each and save them on different cameras. It saves lots of time. Hope this helps :)
Thanks for the kind words! For VRChat you need to import your models in fbx file format. Nomad doesn't direct export into that, but you can export a Gltf into Blender and from it export it. Hope this helps!
Also (Michael here, that was Erika before) you will need to retopologise your models as they come out of Nomad with very high polycounts, check out our retopology tutorials for Nomad and Blender Erika made a couple of weeks ago for more info!
Hey, I am sorry I didn't quite understand what you meant. I speak spanish if that helps. Hola, una disculpa no entendi que quieres decir. Pero puedes escribirlo en espanol si eso ayuda.

How do you get to front view and side view in nomad sculpt? And how do you lock that view so your screen doesn’t move when you are sculpting? 😢

Hi, thanks for your tutorial! Is there a way to merge objects while still having the ability to increase the resolution?
Thanks a lot for watching! After mergining the pieces you can create new subdivision levels for the new mesh or voxel merge with higher resolution :)
Is nomad sculpt better than putty 3D?
Hi! i don't have the same UI on the app. how can i see the same icons as you?
This tutorial is a little old, check out our newest tutorial to familiarise yourself with the current UI and you'll be able to manage this easier

Is there any free file head to download ?
This is a lot harder to do on ipad 😓
The tools are certainly limited compared to Zbrush, but I still love how much more natural it feels
