Released in September 2002, No One Lives Forever 2 followed the retro, kitschy, 1960s feel of the first game, with some gameplay tweaks added in for good measure. The game is most notable for receiving a "Game of the Year" award from Gamespy, and being a nominee in the "Excellence in Writing" category at the Game Developer Choice Awards. For those who stumble across these videos, a speed run is a video of a person or persons, completing a game as fast as possible using any means possible. This can include glitches, abusing in-game mechanics and skipping items or even playing events out of sequence.

This game was so overlooked, it was sad because it's such a fantastic game.
Pro tip: you can watch movies on Flixzone. Been using it for watching loads of movies these days.

Its presentation is top-notch, its levels are varied and interesting, its AI is convincing, and the whole game drips with love and attention to detail.
It's bonkers how this game still holds up very well even after 18 years.
I love this game, its basically "Austin Powers - The Game"

These were my favorite games. My Game of the Year Edition has been stored over seas for YEARS. I just hope the CDs aren't degraded - especially the music CD that was included.

This game was way ahead of its time.
Seeing how Pierre's chase is supposed to be animated is an eye opener. With ideal Windows 10 settings he only animates slightly faster than my glitched video so you get to make Pierre say tons of "I am damage-d" and "the pain is excruciating!".
Crazy to think that back in the day I thought these graphics were so good.

27:08 Hell no, you had yo use glitch with little sliding door to the left, you can bypass disabling electricity on this door and skip this mission at all
If this is the run SDA have hosted for a while they did ignore the fact that several times the person who submitted this actually cheated more than once. Most of the cheats are "ignored" during the Army base that you have to sneak on.
I LOVE THIS GAME. However the run doesn't seem exceptionally fast...
This game, and the 1st one, play ALLOT like Perfect Dark on the N64. If you would not know it better, it could be a prequel set in the 70s, where Perfect Dark was set more towards the end of the 21st century.
Also, the game is still "pretty", they did a good job back then ESPECIALLY with the Faces and Animations, also a big plus is that it didn't had any bigger issues with Animation or other bugs seen in allot other games(especially Bethesda ones lol).
I'd say, run this in a 1080p or 4k Resolution and create a HQ Texture pack ... and this would still look pretty good. Albeit low polygon.

Well, I only played this one through once. While I played the first several times. It's a lot better.
Yeah, but I liked this one for the so what "scary" level I used to play with my friends is when you grab the blue prints and that big super solider chases you D:

The last one was somewhat memorable.
Of the rest I mostly remember disappointment. Like the boring Japan one with the irritating ninjas. The Russian night levels, the underwater level because of the horrible constant mechanic respawning, which pretty much ruined the game for the most part. The wretched infinite ninja attack level.

avada0 This speedrun is actually longer than the one for Nolf 1, but of course it uses much less glitches and exploits. He could have used a trick to get on top of the roofs in Chapter 2, which may have made it a little faster. You can bring a Snowmobile to the sub levels in Chapter 3. There's also a way to jump over a fence in Chapter 6, once you exit the house, so that you don't have to go around the whole level to get to the next part.

More like a female Mrs Peel. Agent 99 at some points.
Loading times on win7 64 bit are very odd. one minute its fine but the next it takes like 10 seconds for the loading screen to show up and then like 20 to load.. any way to fix?
John Werner It's your computer that's slow, either processor or hard drive upgrades would fix it, otherwise nothing to do. Windows has nothing to do with loading times.
No my pc is a modern pc. I dont know what causes it but it seems like it just aint compatible for some odd reason
John Werner Pc is a FX8350 4.2ghz 12gb 1600 ddr3 ram XFX Radeon 7970ghz edition 3gb gddr5 card so no no a slow pc
John Werner It should be your hard drive then, although I doubt it, you might also be right and the problem is that you are running the game in compatibility mode. I personally wouldn't upgrade a HDD over a 13 yr old game, but if you don't have an SSD you might try to buy one for the boot up speed and you could play the game on it and enjoy 1 second loading screens. Sorry you have this problem bud, best of luck, PCMR.
