I have a 318 set up nice with multiple attachments the 322 is a nice GT with a cool diesel motor, but don't get tunnel vision lots of 400 series GT out there with nice factors options to consider.
Dunno where he got his info. My family paid 3 grand for our 332 brand new '89. Then traded it in on a JD4100 and they gave us more on trade in then we paid. Still have the 4100 and a 318. It has never given me an issue with bogging down. The only real issues the 318 had was the factory fuel pump. After market works better. Historical note. The JD 318 is still the most popular garden tractor ever sold.
Good Morning Gavin, This was My Neighbors Deere. After seeing his and what it could do I had to go out and get one... His tractor for its age in in perfect condition... that made me realize that if I got one and took care of it, it would last me a life time... I love mine now, just have to learn what I am doing with it... Thanks again for watching and taking the time to leave a comment... Much Respect and stay safe
I think a Honda/Kohler/Briggs engine swap would also make you just as happy. I also really like the 322 for less smell, liquid cooled, and quiet power. Can't complain about the 4x5 series or the X-series units either. I have all.
This guy is dead on. Have had multiple 300 and 400 series machines. His is setup nice. Rear PTO, Hydraulic tiller with extension. Three point hookup. Just needs an H3 conversion, two speed and diff lock conversion from a 420/430 and it would be perfect!
I had one neighbor give it to me last year free 1988 JD 332 with deck & blade need minor bodywork & recorded radiator. I was like you bro all excited to have this unique diesel tractor. But, that soon wore off because parts are very expensive at the dealer. Due to the age of 33 y/o parts are hard to find cheap. Most mechanics don't work on diesel. So it will cost you more to repair than a vehicle. I was out $1900 so I sold it quickly for $2500. A true money pit stay away!
good video, but not a fan of music or talking over the engine while it's working. JD tractor engines make sounds far better than any music you can pick out.
Glad to hear it Cnrmoose... I just bought one... I will let you hear it run all you like... check out my morning walk video I just posted today... Happy New Brother there is no music... I be all over the place with my videos... I hope to see you back from time to time or all the time if you like... Thanks for watching and for giving me feedback. All Feedback is good feedback and all feedback is welcome... Much respect to you and stay safe... Thanks again that means a lot

I have a 1994 332 with a Yanmar 3 cyl. Sweet setup. Any leads for a replacement radiator?

Love my 330, 332 but you describe a 430 with third function at that point.
332 with upgrades is better than the 430

It is a nice tractor, id put my cub 1572 against it probably pretty even.
