Hi I have been watching your videos in preparing for my OSCE resit at Oxford Brookes this coming Friday. They have helped me alot and been very informative. Wish I had trained with you. I work at a Nursing home HC One. Thankfully I passed planning station, implementation and evaluation station. I got mid stream urine skill and peak flow skill 2/10/21. The urine midstream skill I passed but the peak flow I failed as I did not tell the patient to wrap their lips tightly around the mouth piece forming a seal. For Assessment it happened as you stated just got nervous and didnt focus well on filling the News score chart. I documented temperature in the wrong column. So they said it was inaccurate news score. So lastly let me get this right if there is 3 score in single parameter even if the score adds up to say 4 You have to monitor hourly because of the 3 score single parameter? Thank you.
