    I just used one yesterday, my father had on in his truck. I needed to add air in all 4 tires of a ford escape, they were at about 24-27psi and needed to be at 44psi. I did all 4 back to back, it didnt overheat the digital readout was great. which brought me to your video as Im about to purchase one online for myself.

      This is good to know because the instructions does say to cool it off for 25 mins, after every use!

      You can only use it for 10 minutes at a time and then like the previous comment stated, you have to let it cool for 20 to 30 minutes. It’s called a duty cycle

      Whoever or whatever told you to inflate the tires on your Escape to 44psi gave you VERY BAD ADVICE! THE PROPER PSI FOR YOUR VEHICLE IS FOUND ON A STICKER INSIDE THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR JAMB!

    Are you able to twist the hose off without losing too much pressure? Tried using a friends emergency kit one with screw thread and lost a few psi removing it

    Do you have to set up the target psi each time again or it does save?

    You did not show how you set the pressure to 36! When and how? Please go step by step. Further, did you start your engine?
    Some 12 V brands say you must start engine (outside of course) while these instructions say just ignition! Which is it? Thanks!

      I just plugged it in my cigar lighter (car off) hooked it up, pushed button and boom, it turned off at 35,psi. I think my crazy neighbor is letting the air out of my tire at night, she's bats. Been happening for about a year now. Every few weeks my tire is half flat or like today completely flat. I had the tire checked and there's no leaks, 07 Impala

    I purchase one about 2 years ago from Walmart and never had to use it yet. Only to see that when I decided to try and charge it which the instructions states that "it will take up to 16 hours to get a full charge, it never charged. Could anyone tell me the reason (s) why is that?

      If you push and hold the number it saves that as the preset according to the manual.

      Do you let it cool off? Sometimes they need to cool off, mine shut off at 35psi and I didn't set it at all

    I have one that was purchased from my husband. Am I doing something wrong? when I have my correct amount of air in the tire I try and unscrew the machine and then it lets air out....what am I doing wrong? Thanks so much!!

    • @m42037
      @m42037 2 года назад

      No Wendy it's normal. It's only a couple seconds till it's completely unscrewed, the valve is still compressed till you remove the inflater. Get a tire gauge to check your pressure like I have. Most tires normal is 35psi 😊

    This thing is a life saver! My aunt bought me one a few year's ago as a Christmas present and it's been in my trunk and forgot about it. Some fool punk keeps letting the air out of my back tire (passenger side,) and today (with this snowstorm today Michigan) and Today it was not 3/4 flat was totally flat. My dad thinks it's the alloy rims (07 Impala) I don't think so, because I check this tire almost everyday and it's fine, then sometimes I come out the next day and it's almost flat! This has been going on for at least a year. There's a crazy lady across the street from me and I think it's her, she should be locked up she's nuts. Two days ago getting gas I again checked my tire, 35PSI, two days later today boom flat tire! Now this isn't no slow rim leak! So anyway, I was like Fk, now I got to call I tow truck my jack is trashed I can't change it myself, then light "💡" oh ya that tire inflator my aunt bought me, so pow this dude is full in 10 minutes. Great item. I see the same one on another video has a analog readout not digital like mine and this one

  • @m42037
    @m42037 2 года назад

    Oh and it shuts off because it gets hot, needs to cool off is my guess, but as I said below mine run to 35psi then shutoff
