This was totally my style. I thought the kitchen area was a bit disappointing in size - how could you cook for people sitting on a 12ft table if it was full. Apart from that very stylish and loved all the windows.
Tastefully renovated warehouse. Always a fan of a warehouse converted to a house. PS: im provabaly one of the perople who dont want a tv in my bedroom.
It is gorgeous but the architecture is good for a tropical country. I wonder the isolation and in winter time how efficient is to keep it warm. Unless is double glassed. With tall walls and ceilings the heat disseminates easily. Unless there is glass ceiling reflecting sunshine all day long. To be more efficient I would have installed a solar boiler to help with the expenses. 250k can be used to buy a second house without being overwhelmed with the maintenance bills and I also wonder the taxes in London if you want to live in. How much does it cost in terms of council and taxes to own a property in London of this dimension...
Very nice. Would love to have seen the courtyard space and I believe there are stairs from it to the basement. I also would love to see simply things like storage. The access to it is a bit strange that I’ve seen at the end of an alleyway with mews houses which is the only real downside. I don’t expect parking but front door close to the street would be nice.
Don't people need curtains or blinds - at least in the bedrooms? I mean even if you don't have many neighbours looking in - the sunlight coming in in the morning would drive me to distraction...
While I do not doubt that this is a superb home, the presentation is too hastened to the point of the camera person not being able to show details. Also, it is not enough to say the bedrooms are en-suite without showing the bathrooms. Lastly, I suspect that the centre units you skipped in the dining room (close to the bedroom) are probably a bar with a wine fridge or so. So I recommend more attention to the camera than the quick talking, and better attention to detail
@@FareedMalak-vi1jj it's now up as an Omaze prize draw. Though it's not stated in the Omaze publicity, the Omaze RUclips team have responded to comment questions from viewers thinking of doing short term rentals (Airbnb, cookery courses etc) that the winner can do long term rentals but cannot do short term rentals. The only way I know of that can impose such a restriction is with a restrictive covenant in the property deeds.
At 5.25 million (price Omaze will pay for this) the lack of a garage or at least a parking space would annoy me. Also would need to experience this house in rain (noise) and with guests / full family inside (privacy in bedrooms). Love the light access everywhere. Hackney is a horrible borough though.
@@TheBluCannon oh yeah it’s all pearly kings and queens and roll out the barrel. East London is one of London’s worst hit areas for demographic change. The VAST majority headed to Essex and Kent a long time ago.

Honestly the likely buyer probably does very little cooking

I think this is the new omaze house so could be yours for a £10 I think…if you’re lucky
yus
we all here because of omaze, let it sink in
How many tickets are you buying?
The upkeep is going to be considerably more than a tenner. 😅

I'll take it, I love warehouses 😊
If I had a spare £6m I don’t know if I’d spend it here, but it’s nicely done.
I can’t wait
Is this still on the market and being sold with all the furnitures as won through omaze?

£6m and nowhere to park?
So omaze bought it for 6m and advertise it for 5m, what's happening during 6 months time
5.9m was the guide price in the auction at the time
No one bought it if it’s now an Omaze house. Also, they NEVER show the outside of this property… 🧐
This video literally shows the outside from 20-23 seconds. The rest is surrounded by walls.
Hideous flooring is it noisy?
Hello, can this house be rented for 6 months? For 5 people, what would be the value? Do you have someone to answer me?
It’s not available for rent I’m afraid
Once i win it, ill rent it for 12,000 a month.
@@nepaliherculesTheres a restrictive covenant. You cant do short term rentals.
@@PaulCooksStuffwhat do you mean and how? Could you elaborate more please?

Why do these agents not take the coat off when they’re showing house?
Village!😂😂😂East London is a dump. All the Londoners went years ago.
Nonsense to suggest no Londoners in East London
