@@fr0stbyte000 It stands short for "Outrageous Builders Club". Builders Club was like Premium, but 100 times better. Back in the age of the dinosaurs, you could buy a lifetime version of it instead of a mere subscription, but I heard it costed like a TON.
There were other Builders club tiers, too. Outrageous is the highest of them. Before it goes Turbo Builders Club and just Builders Club.
As an extra, you could get a pretty cool builder hat if you bought Builders Club and it was different depending on the tier. I heard Turbo and Outrageous builder hats are sold as the limited accessories nowadays.
