Sebastian Bach is a true legend who doesn't need any backing vocals or auto tuning. Can't watch Axel Rose or Vince Neil sing live anymore cause it makes me sad that they can't sing like they used too.
Sebastian has the original pipes. Never going to change. He put Skid Row on the map. Thanks for the new live version. Sounds great.
He blew his voice, didn't take care of it over the years. But he was unbeatable in his prime. Luckily we have records.

What you're hearing is Bach using multiple tracks being ran louder than his live voice. Which is clearly auto tuned.
Back then, Seb still had a tremendous voice. Sounds really good.

I don't believe its all auto tune. Judging by the drummers long count in I believe they had a backing track with his vocals on it and the side of stage sound engineer is panning it in and out this is a party trick used normally if the singer is unwell. It's not easy being an instrument.
