You may be able to eat this lasagna because it's not traditional and is missing ricotta (which may be why you dont like lasagna?) So basically it is like spaghetti with meat sauce and melted mozzarella just bigger flatter pieces of pasta.
I would love some lasagna but can't have the carbs so I'll do a eggplant & zucchini instead... You should to a veggie one next time... Looks so good... Much luv from Colorado ❤️
@@ASMRPhan no... I don't expect for the eggplant slices you just need to put salt on them to bring the water out of them, they'll turn a lil brownish but that's what you want & just layer like a regular lasagna
Omg growing up when my mom had a garden she would always prepare green tomatoes!!!! I LOVE THEM! But unfortunately I don’t know any place that sells them 😭. I haven’t made stuff peppers in years. My husband hates bell peppers lol. I’ll have to ask my mom if she knows where I can get green tomatoes. I actually like them raw too
Tbh my mom love fried green tomatoes. I did not like em then but I appreciate them now like okra. With stuffed peppers is a fav I use red ,green,yellow ground beef, mozzarella cheese, and bake them fire. Stuffed chicken breast with spinach, cream cheese baked is very delicious.

I’ve had a small glass sauce bowl shatter on me when I took it out of the microwave before. Since then I make sure to use thicker ones
