EZGlutenFree I tried it with a cooking chocolate melt that has no Cocoa Butter and the Surface set a little firm and wouldn't flood, I was surprised, that was the Nestle Brand by the way. Thanks Anne, hope you have fun with Gabby this Halloween, It always seems like such fun in the US for Halloween :o) Steve
Hello Steve: Love the video and shirt. You're the only one of many I watch who looks professional during taping. Cool cookies. Take care. Best wishes. Dave
***** It would and wouldn't? We as adults think too piratically When they come out the oven, I picture Mum/Dad/Grandma letting the children drag the legs out with a tooth pick, fits and giggles. As adults we think, I could automate that and get it done so much quicker LOL It didn't take long to pull out the legs once you got going. So like I say. Yes and No! :o)
The dough for these are fabulous- However I cannot get my middles to melt. I tried not refrigerating the dough. I bake them for 15 minutes. The cookie comes out perfect, but I can't draw the legs. I used Wilton Candy Melts.
Hi Steve! It is a super fun idea :)) I'm all in to celebrate Halloween! Can you tell me what kind of mix do you have in your spices? Ohh and since I'm already here :P I made some creme fraiche starting with some heavy creme with some milk kefir added to it and let incubate for 24 hours, do you think I can use it to make the clotted cream fudge? Thx for yet another great video and for your help :)) Cheers!
SweetK Hi SweetK, here is my spices that I use ruclips.net/video/0C5OGWGXu8k/видео.html Making my fudge with creme fresh would not be the same, it will work but it will give a much different taste, creme fresh is a little sour and not at all like clotted cream, so in short I would say no but whos to say it might be nice? :o) Steve
So creative! Love these, Steve, they look great.
Chef Stef Thanks Stef :)

FunFoods Thanks James..
They're adorable. I think Gabby would absolutely love them.
I'll have to look for those cadbury chocolates with the cocoa butter.

mmmm, looks like they would even glow in the dark.
krssnoop That would be cool, of course they don't but I am not sure you could do that and still be edible :o) Thanks
Steve
That would be pretty cool if they could come up with a edible glow in the dark die.

You may find they have very little chocolate in them.. Nestle are also not great for this..
