I got one sentence to say about Muzan in this scene: He’s out of line, but he’s right.
I love how we get the scene RIGHT after we see Akaza complete outclass Rengoku in their fight. After seeing how strong Rengoku was then seeing how playful and easy going Akaza was when he fought him, then seeing Muzan inflicting pain on Akaza as if he’s some insect. It’s crazy ! The tiers of power in this series is great 🔥

@@Nature-556 didnt him and kokushibo legit wipe out all the sun breathers or potential sun breathers? I think he would have no trouble dealing with tanjiro why he wouldn't do it now? Idk. They made muzan somewhat stupid for plot.
@@fr0153 kokoushibo has ptsd from yourichi because even tho breathers die at young ages like 21 when they reveal their mark koko trained for about 60 years before finding his brother once again now yorichi is old and koko wonders how he is still alive after having his slayer mark revealed then koko tried to kill him only to get one shotted by his brother not to mention muzan was almost murdered by yorichi in their fight so they are both scared of potential sun breathers as tanjiro s breathing is the direct form yorichi used to basically defeat them both with ease muzan didn’t want to kill tanjiro at first because he didn’t want to blow his cover as they very first time he met tanjiro he didn’t know of his sun breathing and likely only saw him as an average slayer which is why he just made a random human into a demon to “take care” of tanjiro which allowed muzan to keep his identity hidden

I'm not a manga reader...
So I clearly have a doubt....if.. akaza's needle compass or whatever gives him the ability to Powerup as per his opponents... Why can't / won't / couldn't he match up with muzan or upper moon 1 / 2 .. i can agree with saying...akaza got muzan's blood so he can control' azaka.. what about other uppermoons....
I'm pretty sure there is a limit to it. It doesn't make him power up it just gets more accurate. Upper 1&2 are more likely too fast for him much less someone like Muzan. Muzan is leagues above any upper moon. Akaza's compass needle won't do a thing there.
I'll try not to spoil it, but Akaza's "Compass Needle" isn't a power-up. It acts like a radar that subconsciously shows Akaza where his opponent is or will attack from by detecting their "fighting spirit". It can be shown by the 12 dots that illuminate around the snowflake.
Now if you don't want manga spoilers, dont read on. But Akaza still has a fraction of Muzan's power even if he has a lot of his blood, but Muzan is 1000 years old and has Koro-sensei Mach 20 speed so Akaza isn't even a challenge. Upper 1, Kokushibo, is Yorichiis brother. Yorichii is the man who struck Muzan down the first time and created Sun Breathing. So being his brother there powers are similar, literally Moon Breathing, so Akaza still doesn't have a chance. And I think he went up against Upper 2, Doma, one time but lost.
The reason Akaza was defeated was because Tanjiro had peaked into the transparent world, so he could see Akaza's muscle fibres move before he executed the attack/defence. Also, Tanjiro had no fighting spirit towards him, so he decapitated Akaza. At that moment he learnt how to regenerate his head, but after some backstory stuff Kaza realised he lost fair and square. So he stopped regenerating and let himself die and move on.

EDIT: Back to Akaza Compass Needle, it explains why he beat Rengoku due to his immense fighting spirit. Rengoku stands out like a sore thumb to Akaza.

A shame really, if it was gyomei, sanemi, giyuu, muichiro or iguro instead of rengoku, akaza would've died to the sun or fail his mission. Because those 5 are superior to him.

@@samtheclam7869 rengoku managed to stall a non-serious akaza, giyuu would be able to stall a non-serious akaza even more. Also his style is more defensive making it easier to play a stall game

@@samtheclam7869 his lull managed to easily take akaza's destructive kill:war style...you know, the one that caused rengoku to be riddled with injuries in chapter 64. He then took a named attack head on. Got blown away and came back stronger.
Like I said he'll be able to stall up until dawnbreak. In a better condition than rengoku at least.
