सबसे बड़ा अंतर यह है की राज्य पोलिस सैलरी को कभी नही देखते ,पूरी नौकरी साइड कमाई से चल जाती है ,और हमेशा परिवार के साथ रहते है।
बात रही केंद्रीय पोलिस की तो सिर्फ उन्हें नाम पोलिस का है काम पूरे भारतीय सेना जैसे है ।

1. change the uniform
2. modernize weapon
3. add more gadgets
4. proper and training and strategy
5. more recruitment
6. in a way similar to US police
And major change should be: stop the corruption

Never ever compare CAPF with state police .. CAPF role is much more greater than state police, they are peacekeepers in peace time and during wartime they have fought alongside Indian army.. CRPF and BSF are the most important force in India..

The published facts say that since 1989 more than 21,000 militants have been killed in Kashmir. 17,000 of them have been killed by the RR which comes under the army. State police is corrupt and weak. My father trained Kashmir police when he was a major. He said that 90% of the policemen couldn't even disassemble and reassemble a jammed weapon. Indian army has killed 10 times more terrorists than J&K police. Why do you think the army is even deploy there ? If the police was so capable then they should have handled the insurgency by themselves, but they failed and army had to take control
I agree. These IPS have hijacked the top positions in CAPFs which is so unfair to those who serve in these forces. And they plan to take even more such roles. CAPFs may have been started with the efforts of the IPS but their qay of functioning is different. And just lending them the name "police" doesn't change that some of them are paramilitaries

The police is the executive wing of the state home ministry, which deals with law & order. Hence the state police is very powerful, but how they use those powers is upto them and only the courts are granted the powers to monitor that.

You are wrong. Centre can not raise police forces. CAPFs are the Other Armed Forces of the Union. This acronym was made to secure the top position for ips officers in these forces. There is nothing called as Central police. Study before making any video.
They're organised under different departments.
Ministry of Home affairs is in charge of CAPFs not the Ministry of Defence

The term "Armed Forces" is defined by our constitution as The Regular Army, Air Force, Navy and other Armed Forces of the Union ( u can verify the same from the internet). Moreover, The Union cannot raise police forces as the relavent subject comes under the state list. The Union can have Armed Forces of the Union. Also, The Supreme Court of India too has , from time to time, in it's various judgements, declared these forces as "Armed Forces of the Union". It's sad that the stature of these forces were continuously degraded over the course of time.
