Good voice, confident young man. R&B, Mowtown tpye songs are definately his niche. His " Pop" song doesn't do his voice justice at all. He has a great career ahead of him!
Man can remember many times at a party noise control takes the stereo then out comes the guitar and all my Maori boys start singing.......We sound good for being drunk too lol
Awesome Stan. By the way, he did not go flat in this performance. I'm a musician & have perfect pitch, & by my ears, he wasn't flat. He does approach the notes in a fairly relaxed way though, & his pitching wasn't exact in places. But that's how it is when you sing, it's not meant to be pitch perfect all the time. Also, blues, soul and jazz influenced singers have different approaches to how they hit notes. If they sound a bit 'off' sometimes by some standards, it's how it's meant to be :)
