i just bought these. i use them with my pc. i've had problems buying wired headphones without a mic for this purpose. desktop computers have a different plug for the mic. i wasn't thrilled having to get wireless headphones for the pc, but the aux cable that comes with these works when they are off. these sound good for the purpose and allow both wired and wireless operation. very happy with them so far.
Bruh,I was blown away with these so amazing!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
i love bass music and this headset has such great bass, and on top of that the bass is extremely high quality so it makes it that much more enjoyable
So, I know this video is a year old, but I can explain why companies include the headphone cables. It's for versatility, say you tried these headphones and LOVE the sound quality, but you have some sort of listening device that doesn't include bluetooth, you can still use these because they're 3.5mm capable. It widens the audience that can buy and enjoy them. I just bought a pair of these and use them wired on my computer because if you use bluetooth while playing games, you get really input lag because bluetooth isn't great at responding to high bandwidth audio like video games.
You are correct in that it makes them more versatile. You have to look at it from my perspective too, though. These are not for gaming or audio mixing of any kind and its my job to review them for their intended purpose, just casual listening. Hope this clears things up. Thank you for your feedback!
Since this is the most recent comment I will have to piggyback and ask a question. I have have my headphones and taken good care for them about a year now. They suddenly, a couple nights ago, stopped accepting charge. No light comes on. I can leave it plugged in and 30 minutes later, nothing. What do I do?
@@KillerReviews But there isnt any argument on your point you just said why they even put 3.5mm cables and ports and he/she explained exactly why just because you dont use them doesnt mean it shouldnt exists i have another headphones and i mostly use it with cable since my pc doesnt have blueetooth at all but when using with phone i use bluetooth and the cable guarantees that even if headphone is out of battery you can just use cable to listen
@@KillerReviews My Neo life 2 with aux cable only left side is working.. right side is not working ...it is a new product
Any solutions???
They include a headphone cable and jack just in case your not able to charge you cans let’s say you’ve lost the usb c cable but you have a device that has a headphone jack you still listen to music
Thanks my man this review helped me alot
Just got my pair and the bass is crazyyyy good highly recommend it!!
Is it higher than soundcore life 2 NC
Yessssss I love these! Bought mine today
Bro I just coped them and u guys are so fucking right the bass is like a nice subwoofer
How's the loudness?
Bcz I heard that the the life q10 sounds low
I'm going to buy rn! Thanks all for the help deciding
Just placed an order with it. Nice review
thank for the video and review now i will order this one thanks again and God Bless...
Glad I could help.
I love the sound very powerful
Best headphones ever for the price!!! Very satisfied!
I just got these for christmas and they are amazing
Duuuude same!
Had em for a few months before now. They are seriously amazing for $50. USB-C, BassUp, wired and wireless, quick charge. I see these for music production and leisure smartphone activities. Can't go wrong.
Just bought a pair of these headphones and I think they're the cat's pajamas
They sound great, are super comfortable, and I only paid 20 dollars for them new in box because said box was dented. Always thought anker had good build quality (and for the record they still do, just seems to be focused on their chargers) but they do feel rather cheap in the hands with how light they are. The jury is not yet out though on said build quality as while they feel too light, they are more comfortable on the head than my old headphones because of it, so it may actually be just a design choice. So far I give these headphones a 10/10 on sound (I am not an audiophile though, so my take may seem downright barbaric and completely wrong, but to my uncultured ears these rock!), 10/10 on comfort, ?/? build quality, 5/10 on price (this is a heavily biased rating, I'm a cheapo and only bought them because of the markdown. 60 bucks is pretty steep for headphones in my mind because I have a 10 dollar pair of sony headphones that I've had for a bit over a half decade now that sound almost the exact same as these with the bass booster off and only bought these to use at work or at home to watch movies in bed with so I don't wake up tangled in a cord haha!), 11/10 for versatility I really, really like the fact that you can set these up to pair with multiple phones because I can hoist them off on the wife to use so I can get some sleep while she watches her shows or vice versa and nobody needs to spend much time messing around with getting it paired to the right phone. The 3.5mm jack is a great touch too. If the batteries run out and you can't wait around for the blisteringly fast 5 minute charge time, you can just plug em in like normal headphones which is super handy (this also means they work with stuff that doesnt have bluetooth, so they're a real deal pair of headphones as well as fancy wireless tech that works with your out of date by next month "smart" tech), so far it is a purchase I have no regrets about
I plan on updating this review within the next month if any problems arise in that time, but I'm hopeful they'll continue to be great 'phones for at least the next five years
how is it going now
I bought them about 2 months ago, I mean what can I say...just awesome and I mean to sum it all..if you put Bose in 10 these would be 8. Clarity, base is enough to satisfy any base head and the best part the price. Definitely for for it.
There's no bass
@@Gothguitarist no bass?

Thanks for an honest review. I bought the q30 instead, I am no bass head so it looks like I made a good choice.
did the q30 plastic clips broke ? i don't which to buy tbh
Thee are a couple reasons why the jack is included. First off if it runs out of juice, and you can't charge it, you can still use it. Second, some things might not have Bluetooth capabilities but do for a jack. Third, for people like me who mix music, and listen to Spotify, we want to have headphones that can plug into an interface for mixing and recording or connect to our phones on our down time.
u cant charge u sure bout that?
@@andrewchege926 he mean if you have no option to charge, you can use the Aux. Say Maybe you don't have Power supply.
just got em. first impression, comfortable and sound good. plays with stronger base well balanced palate. still not as loud as my Sonys. but still a solid second choice.
Are they like noise canceling?
Just bought this headphones a couple of weeks ago, and I was curious if the earmuffs are replaceable, if they ever worn out.
Nice review btw.
they put the headphone jack so you can use it as a “hi-res” headphone because you cant use 40khz when you are using it with bluetooth and can you use it with jack and then tell your toughts because i want to buy them just for the 40khz
Q10 or this they are at the same price point which one should I buy what are the differences?
i use and like this heapphones but problem is i have sensitive ears, if its too hot or fresh airless inside, it starts to ache and this is side effects of sound isolation
these headphones are amazing but I had the Sony's I forgot which ones were they but they had like extra-base type stuff and those were freaking amazing I will never ever be happy with any other headphones unless it is those Sony's. And if I'm saying that these are great the soundcore ones then that must mean that these are great
I have the liberty air 2 and love them just wish they were more water resistant like the enacfire g20s..gotta give these a try...how the volume? As I like it my products LOUD...
They’re fine for listening to music or RUclips videos or watching movies if you can deal with heavy bass.
Companies are including the jack option because I will get more premium sound than Bluetooth...also many audio calibers will support only jack audio
Just brought these today damn they good
hi there, does this support soundcore companion app?? The app does show that life 2 neo is around but does not connect. any tips or feedback?
i love these just got em
Do the sound quality differs from q 10 and life 2 neo ?
Hi, apart from the colour and side design, it's exactly like a Q10. I own a pair and they are not very common in Australia, but that bass is something. 👍🏾
My husband just brought me a set of these from Walmart on sale for $37.41, and I found your video. I’ve only grasped about half of what you’re talking about. I’ve never used wireless headphones before so I’m trying to figure out to connect them. I have them charging in my iPad charger block. I hope that’s ok. 😏 I need a more basic instructional video, like “for dummies”, but I enjoyed watching yours, and I’m glad to know I’ve got a good product here.
Haha thank you for watching! Connecting them should be as easy as turning them on and going directly to Bluetooth settings and connecting them. Hope this helps. 👍
John Warminski I did it. Easy peasy. Holding down to turn them on after switching to blue tooth mode works well.
halo ser which is better or sony whch510 ?
thnk you:)
They include an aux cable for lag-free gaming.
Hi, does the app support these headphones ?
What you suggest btw ch510 vs life neo for good bass
I need to review headphones again. Out of the loop and I apologize for that. Sony makes bass specific headphones but mainly good bass no matter which pair. Ch510 or life neo for bass, Life NEO.
What about the microphone quality?
does it have a mic?

In terms of sound quality.. only
Hey I have this headphones and I am using it for the past 9 months everything goes well but the only problem I faced is earpad rip off. So please help me find a new pair of earpads to buy online
I didn't get it Sir you said it doesn't has noise cancelling feature but it sounds like it has, please can someone answer my question.
It does not but because of the earcups being so tight it sounds like they do. Good question. Hopefully this clarifies any issues you may have buying them.
This headphone or soundcore life Q10 which is louder
The sound is great, build quality top notch. The Bass is perfect, much better than Skull Candy crushers. I like them a lot, but I am a BASSHEAD!!!
I concur.
The crushers have way more bass
Companies include AUX cords because oh jeez Idk maybe use them on a device that supports the headphone jack or maybe you have a laptop or a PC and you don't have access to bluetooth and the battery is dead, your question was kind if irritating tbh, but it is your point of view I guess..
What kind of device can you listen to music on that doesn’t have Bluetooth? A Walkman? Lol AUX cables are a nuisance unless you’re an audio engineer or a creative who needs a low latency option and at that point these headphones aren’t even meant to be used that way. You’d be better off using these for music and buying yourself a dedicated studio headset.
How long to fully charge using type 3 quick charge ?
2 hour compare to Sony which take 5to 7 hours
Anker, or avantree audition pro?
Hows the latency for gaming? And which codec it supports?
This isn't designed for gaming and couldn't find anything on latency or which codec it supports. Sorry :(
If you want a gaming headset, get the Mpow eg10. They are phenomenal at a super low price. Better than the razor krakens.
Hi I am from India. So i saw these in a shop nearby but q10s are available at a way cheaper rate in online sites. Which one do you recommend?
Depends if you want it right away (just go to the shop) or can wait for shipping (online).
@@KillerReviews I can wait. But which one is better Life Q10 or Life 2 Neo?
How's the loudness?
Bcz I heard that the the life q10 sounds low
Loud enough to blow out airplane noise
Great for Netflix and RUclips
can you pair them to a pc trough bluetooth
Very good
Anyone able to compare to skullcandy crushers bass? Is it even close?
jacks are for instruments/amplifiers that doesn't have Bluetooth function
I might end up buying these today I just wanted to know are they secure for working out and is the bass muddy?
I’m kind of late, but they sound more like reference headphones, so the bass is kind of low, if you like bass you will like these but not as much as gaming headphones. The bass is ok, not exactly detailed but also not too muddy
It's made for gamers only....
the headphones are kind of wierd, to say the least. They're "trying" to be both, but yeah it appeals to the gaming market more.
Yes it has pretty clean bass more thump up bass. Play a bass sound test on RUclips to see if you can hear true bass
I know I'm late but do these have ANC or NC?
Sure they don't have anc but they do have sound quality but they do cause you 49.99 cheaper then
How can I charge these cuz I have been using my computer cable for two days and they end up on low battery
is it the same cable as the one in the box?
si dumb question bro, you are wondering why company inclunding headphone jack on wireless audio, simple answers as time goes by battery life will drain fast same goes to phone after years of using, also example you are on a meeting or a video call but you forget to charge your headphone so you have the option to continue using it by just inserting the jack to your computer/phone, atleast the aoundcore company give you an option to use wire or wireless its up to you
The plastic on Anker headphones is weak and the inner band is known to break with basic use. The plastic on my Sound Core Life Tunes broke within the 6 months I've had them and now I'm out $86 after tax. They did sound great, but the bluetooth wasn't all that great and the headphones would often disconnect.
18 month warranty
do they feel heavy after like an hour or so?
No but AirPods Max do.
So I can't pair this to my tablet, my phone and laptop are no issue, any tips?
Master reset them and then try pairing them. Hope this works!
@@KillerReviews thank you ill try it
why doesn't it work on windows 10 pc, mine gives no sound but connects via bluetooth

Would these headphones be good for spatial/lossless music?
Not sure about spatial but lossless is depending on the streaming.
Thank you very much
hi pleease jbl750 or q20?
Are these headphones good to watch TV with?
Yes youtube
I just received on this day and i tested that the bass is very heavy but mids and highs mixed up with bass which gives muffled sound specially vocals are not clearly produced i think this not for who's want clarity sound

🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽..
3:23 Companies include a 3.5 mm headphone jack and auxiliary cord with bluetooth/wireless headphones for many reasons, like if your headphones battery dies you can plug in the auxiliary cord and keep using them immediately, some of us use hifi dac's that can only be utilized with wired headphones and the last reason that comes to mind would be to be able to use your headphones on other devices that don't have bluetooth like t.v's and older laptops/computers ect. It's always a good thing to have options so i find it funny that your complaining about it.🤷♂️
Older laptops, computers and TV’s? First of all, who would sit that close to a television just to use headphones? You wouldn’t be able to see the screen. Second, I just bought a brand new laptop and it has a headphone jack so what do you mean “older laptops and computers” because every new computer has a headphone jack.
The reason I complain is because it’s wasteful and it’s annoying. Try walking around the house with them on your head. The cord will wrap around a door handle and sure enough your headphones will come flying off your head. And don’t say, “well I need lossless audio for video editing”. These are noise cancelling, not for video editing, music editing, just causal listening. And then when you finally realize having a cable ssssssucks, you’ll have a wasted 3.5mm cable laying around.
@@KillerReviews Your saying every new computer has a headphone jack but my point was about older laptops and computers without bluetooth support which would mean you would have to use wired headphones, as far as watching t.v's with headphones i have a 20 foot auxiliary cord i bought off amazon for my bluetooth headphones for times i need to block out the noise of family or inlaws when they come over. As far as using them around the house yes bluetooth is better for most but there are still a lot of us who have a use for wired headphones. I also have a samsung galaxy fold "phone" which doesn't have a headphone jack and have samsung galaxy buds wireless ear buds but still use an usb c to 3.5 mm adapter on my phone with hifi res to use wired headphones...Again my point is it's always better to have options as opposed to not having any.
I’m sorry you have a 20 foot aux cable running across your room, that sounds ridiculous and like having a vacuum cleaner plugged in 24/7. How cumbersome and annoying it must be to fold up that wire and for people to have to look out for fear of tripping over it. Sorry but I don’t agree with you.
And who cares about older computers. Most computers older than 10 years still support Bluetooth, If it even gets software updates still? You’re argument doesn’t make economical sense so who cares about Bluetooth in older computers because it doesn’t apply because those computers are useless trash! Welcome to 2021 and very soon, 2022.
But what's the length of the aux cable of headphones 🤔
good question. well under 3 feet.

The only thing that pisses me off is the damn beeping. Every so often constant beeping for 30 sec. Maybe bad Bluetooth, fckn annoying though holy hell.
Only because they need to be charged.
@@KillerReviews nope, full battery. It does it at random, idk what the heck it could be. Infinitely frustrating, I’ve reset the blue tooth, turned it on and off and reestablished Bluetooth connection. I can’t be the only one with this issue.
@@calebray4168 Where did you buy yours from?

I had it before watching the video
Is it still good ?
yes they are. saw these one sale actually at walmart two days ago. they are discounted not very much, $5 i think which means they are still good, just not the latest.
Whats better, Sony WH-ch510 or these? Respond quicky please! Im looking for the best headphones for 50 dollars or less and ive lowered it down to these two
I own both, the Life 2 Neo sound a little better to me but it's not that much of a difference. The build is also a bit better. However, the swivel action on the Sonys makes them a little more portable. Also the Sonys don't have a 3.5mm. If the batteries go bad on those you're out of luck but the Soundcores are still good to go through a headphone jack. I'd personally go with the Life 2 Neo.
Sony has 30 hour battery life
Anker can go 60 hours
Sony uses c type charger
Anker uses type c micro
Sony can go wireless
Anker can go wired/wireless
Sony has 30mm driver
Anker has 40mm driver
Battery charge time
Sony 4.50 hours
Anker 2 hours
Depending on how big your ears are
Anker maybe over the headphone for you
Let's talk about how good it can handle and what so good and can it do.
Headphone 30mm so small and doesn't fit around your ears but 40mm depending how big your ears are will.
This does also may the speaker go a bit louder but depending on the model.
Noise canceling/isolating
Both can't do nc but can handle isolation noise fine, since the earcup are larger on the Anker it may isolate the noise pretty will if you were to test it in a loud environment like airport.
Bass/sound
Sony I'm not sure I can say is decent not bad may not be as clear as jbl bt410 model and pure clear strong bass.
Soundwise Anker wins and bass yes you can tune your bass with distortion.
With that high res audio, it may sure each no and graph doesn't miss a unaccurate tune.
Earmuff comfort
Sony uses fake leather comfort is just doesn't feel good, they are the cheap junk.
Anker uses real leather so comfortable and less pressure to your head.
I had the q life 30 is alot better then neo.
My experience is like a new dimension.
Comfort/feel A+
Sound/bass A
The charge time and life/ A+
Can go wired/wireless
Can customize your own sound setting only for q30 q35 and XR model.
So lightweight still a little heavy it doesn't hurt me, less pressure.
Battery charging idk if I did look at my clock but I would say 1 hour 30 minutes but maybe 2 hours.
Yes it is high definition no loss of quality distortion but if you true no lossless Sony xm4.
Isolation in the airport was good close alot of thing but since it has anc 3 mode, wow better then Sony xb950nc but still not close to beat Sony NC xm4
For 35.99 or if I remember Walmart sell life neo 2 no nc, is worth every dollar.
Is it good for workout ...
haven't tried them out in a gym or while walking but I don't see why not. The over the ear design should stay put around your ears.
Depends on the type of workout you are doing. An exercise bike or a treadmill would be fine. I wear these around the house while I was cleaning. While wiping cabinets down the headset did tend to slide a little bit off my head. Anything that is required vigorous activity or bending down, the headset May slide a bit.
I can use them turned off with the 3.5 cable?
yep
Is anker q10 same as life 2neo
I don’t think so. One is specific to Walmart, is a different color, and a different price.
life 2 neo or life q20?
Both

You really don't get why they still include 3.5mm cable?
Cables are a complete nuisance when listening to music. That’s why everyone loves AirPods.
@@KillerReviews I love wireless stuff too! and I get where you're coming from. But actually some people use these headphones with devices other than mobile phones and computers, such as mixers and audio interfaces etc. Some devices don't support bluetooth and even computers sometimes have endless issues with audio via bluetooth like lag/stuttering... Also believe it or not many people still believe that bluetooth is not "safe" so they prefer wired headphones.
@@howardmathews5572 You also can't get any sort of high-res audio over bluetooth, as bluetooth isn't fast enough yet to flawlessly support that kind of streaming. It'd skip like crazy, so, that's why they need wires.
