La La Land shines bright when Bravo Media's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" returns for season eight. Erika Girardi, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Lisa Vanderpump are joined by new housewife Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and friend Camille Grammer for a season of lavish adventures, uncontrollable laugher and confrontations aplenty. Running her successful fitness and nutrition accountability business, newcomer Teddi moves through life with a strict ethos that she rarely strays from, even if this leads to differing opinions with some of the ladies. Friendly face Camille returns with a new outlook on life and is finally able to entertain the idea of remarrying, but when she struggles to get her "sexy" back, she turns to her friend Lisa Rinna for advice. This season, the ladies are busier than ever, juggling life at home and in the boardroom. In addition to wrapping production on her series "American Woman" and expanding her retail business, Kyle is at a crossroad when she has to decide whether to renovate or move out of the home where she's raised her daughters. Dorit gives herself just a couple months to re-launch her swimwear line, which proves to be a nearly impossible task. Erika pours herself into Erika Jayne's meteoric rise, back in the recording studio and opening up in shocking ways as she writes her autobiography. Meanwhile, Lisa Rinna is a focused "momager" to her two model daughters, who are poised to be the next "it" girls, but struggles to keep them grounded as they continue to travel the world and grow up very fast. Lisa Vanderpump is knee-deep in rescue dogs, as her new business, Vanderpump Dogs, continues to thrive, but will she be able to do it all once she also takes on editor of a magazine? From casual lunches to luxurious escapades, there's no doubt that living this large has its ups and downs, but these housewives have their famed zip code -- and then some -- in the palms of their hands.

Funny because all the terrible things that LVP has been accused of, have originated from Kyle. It’s funny that Kyle thinks she’s the victim in their friendship, when she has methodically and systematically torn down Lisa’s character for near 9 years on the show.
I like both of them. But it baffles me that Kyle has just realized that their relationship is one sided.

I don't think it's one sided, Kyle forgets that Lisa may live in America but she is very British and she can't change that. Her wit, mannerisms and restraint of emotions show it. Kyle has to stop taking that as personal digs

agnana1978 Nope. Genuine ones are not. This is a scripted show. Genuine friendships and relationships don't involve drama, wishy washy behaviour and nor are such friendships tested with BS. I know cause I've had family friends for 30 years with no drama and I've had close cousins and friends with no drama and problems.
To those who think Teddi is boring, remember that Lisa Vanderpump would never have apologized if Teddi hadn't encouraged her to see her folly and to do so. I wonder about the moral turpitude of people, including Meghan McCain, who find decency boring. Honestly, Kyle can do much better in the friendship department. (PS I don't belong to a political party; I'm a registered longtime independent, so my comment about Meghan is not partisan in any way. In case anyone is ready to accuse me . . .)

Your point is well taken, though, for me, I think the RHOBH needs a peacemaker rather than another shit stirrer. Anyway, I wonder if people who find composure boring are unable to delve past the surface. It seems to me that they need superficial BS to keep things interesting. Vapid and superficial is as vapid and superficial does. In my experience as an old broad, still waters really do run deep. I'm willing to bet there's more to Teddi than meets the eye. Maybe genuine people just don't belong on a show about self-important, specious cows.

There are , three women who are strong in this reality show, and I mean strong. That is Lisa Vanderpump, Erica and Teddie. Kyle, who I like, has been friends with Vanderpump for longer than any of these women constantly questions their friendship every time . Me, being an Aussie, believe in family first and then mates. Mates are as close as family, other than that they are acquaintances. Lisa and Ken are English and have the same ethics. That's where we Aussies got that from. Either Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England, rich or poor, mainly poor we were born to be loyal . No mucking about the fountain.

They defiantly act like big sister and little sister, I’m sure you know which they match... the older one will always have a hold over the younger as there’s a certain respect established between the two - for that it’s will always appear rocky to those not embolden. Of course it’s not perfect but the reason why their relationship is so weird to the other housewives is because it’s so evident that their friendship draws its foundations in love.
Anyways - if you can’t already tell I’ve just finished binge watching all seasons of housewives and am hoping for a reunion between the two!
