Hey Soundcraft, I've been tinkering with the demos, it isn't clear if it is possible to stereo link channels, so just one fader for left and right, is this possible? conversaly the aux's 1/2 3/4 seem to be permanently linked. Is it a feature which is coming soon, and if it is a feature coming soon will you make it so you can link any two channels not just adjacent ones? (i.e. not just 1+2, 3+4, more flexible if you can link any mono channels to make stereo pair)
There is a small problem with interface. When I use my Iphone 5S to control the console, I usually take the phone horizontally before opening the interface, and when the safari is open in full screen mode (phone is horizontally orientated), it's okay until I turn the phone upright. In this case, the interface should switch to "more me" mode but instead, I see the horizontal interface mode, and a large white field below. I have to close browser, turn my phone upright and reload the interface again to remove that glitch and finaly get the "more me" fader. It's not deadly but sometimes it's annoying when the show is go on. I must always hold my phone strictly horizontal, or lock screen orientation to avoid the appearance of this glitch. Please, can you check and fix that bug in next versions of firmware?
I am not sure what you mean, V2 or not makes no difference. What are you connecting to where? and what gain setting. I think it's best you pose this question on the UI24R group in FB.
Maybe you should try to understand the manual and addendum, it specifically says HDMI on Ui24R supports 720P not 1080P.. it all works as it should work, If you want 'BIG D' you need to use an external computer connected to a screen. This is very clear in the documentation.

Deep Sound I have the exact same problem.
Enable the auto rotate on the Phone and it will solve the problem...Not sure if this thread is still active or not!
I have a problem with my gain control
It’s not working When moving the levels up and down
Minha Ui24R ficou offline durante uma apresentação e não consegui ficar online enquanto não reiniciei a Ui24R, pode me ajudar por favor?
I have a question. If I update the firmware to the latest version, do I lose the settings?
Generally speaking NO, but please follow the update instructions. It's an easy task to backup your settings which you should do in any case!
Soundcraft Ui24R where do I find the update instructions?
Can you help me ? How to set up to use UR24 audio interface with Smart 7 app , do not need another audio Interface , thanks !
The Ui24R is an audio interface itself, you do not need another. It is a 32x32 audio interface you can access it via SMART with ASIO driver.
Danny Olesh : Can you tell me how to set in Smart 7 and patching in Ui24. I did but not, thanks !!!
