    Great video. Something to keep in mind though: In the first method using the YEAR() function to find out the difference in years will still produce 2 years even if the starting date is in April 2013. We might think (in general) that the time difference between April 2013 and March 2015 is 1 year 11 months, which would be the output is DATEDIF() is used like in the final row.

    How do you calculate time difference between two dates and then convert the date to pretest #/cycle?

    I want minutes with a catch.
    Lets say, the clock starts at 9am and stops 5pm. Plus if you have a public holiday with no work been done?

    I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT ANSWER.. WHENVER I PRESS ENTER I GET VALUE# WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE ORIGINAL DATE AND TIME IN THE SAME CELL HAS TO BE IN ANY PARTICUALAR FORMAT LIKE ... GENERAL . OR NUMBER..

    Is there a way to have it give me the number of days, hours and then minutes? I see that you can display the information in total days total hours etc by reflecting the difference if multiple ways, but I need it to show the number of days in exact 24 hour increment and then the remaining time that's less than 24 hours to display the total hours in 60 minute chunks and then anything less than an hour in minutes.
