i raced nationals and regionals in uk for 14 years, it is fun but damn it is stressful and hard work too - i imagine those emotions are amplified in WC obviously, the goods are great and the bads are terrible - Yes is my answer, i would have fun

@Red Bull Bike please tell me you guys have some special retorespective coverage planned for the end of this season with the change-over in coverage? I'd watch a 2 hour show (heck make it 5 hours) of all the highlights going back to when Red Bull took over coverage of World Cup downhill. 3:11 run by Myriam is absurdly fast, really impressive riding.
Watching the Downhill Worldcup is pure excitement, allowing those watching it to immerse themselves in the atmosphere and experience emotional moments. There a so many sympathetic characters in the sport that i wish almost everybody could be first. But at least i guess everybody involved is a winner somehow :) Thank you for the great and enjoyable coverage.
RB Bike is the benchmark for other sports on how to do coverage. The highlights of action, excitement and drama of a full race weekend combined with great storytelling and amazing footage is next level! Also helps that DH is obviously the best sport ever invented 🤘

I mean no ill will toward him but please replace him with Claudio or at least someone who doesn't sound like some dude hanging out in front of the 7-11. Cheers.

DH racing is super fun!!!! as long as you are having fun doing it and it's not a job. I think thats why Gwin has kinda slowed down. he's not having as much fun as he used to. but i get it, old age and the fear of bones shattering isn't much fun
THIS IS MTB! DH is the pinnacle of our sport! There is no discipline on the planet that comes close to the feeling, one gets hurtling down a mountain on to wheels. With nothing but, your own power and gravity making you, speeder bike style! I love this sport!
If I may say, off topic, Google/youtube are getting ridiculous with the adds!!!! 3 adds in this clip alone!!! WTF???? My guess, if Amaury doesn't (hopefully not!!!) get an injury, no one will get him this season..... and maybe a few more seasons to come!

When I used to race downhill, it was stressful and pressurised. But the whole scene was good fun travelling to different places for each race with my mates each weekend. The better you get though the more pressure to perform.
Someone should machine a chainsaw bar with a ridge to accept a bike chain and you might need to change the sprocket. But how cool would it be to have a chainsaw with a spinning bike chain?
