Wow that is a really big laundry room/pantry. All of the rooms looked to be a considerable size. That's great that you have plenty of room and wont feel cramped. Thanks for sharing. I do believe so, I have seen a 3 bedroom tour and it was all tile. I haven't heard any news of renovations yet I haven't been in any wives Facebook groups for a while that might be a more updated, hope this helped 💛
I would definitely! They are older built homes but they have really great space and storage options on top of the fact that a lot of the homes are stand alone I don't know if that is a priority you but I like not having to share a wall with my neighbor where that is is the case in some of the newer townhouse style built homes on post offers. The floors are 90s tile but to me it beats the cleaning issues with carpet. I have rugs in most of my rooms, at Walmart they start at 20 bucks. The neighborhood is really quiet with the occasional barking dog some one leaves out side at night😄

Yes there is a one car garage, and at the back of the garage there are built in shelves with a considerable amount of storage.
