I currently have the versa and T stak. Awesome tool boxes(underrated in my opinion)

You no longer need the metric wrenches to attach the casters. They press into place with a "click" signifying it is in place correctly. You DO a rubber mallet and a strip of 3/4" x3/4" or close to that. You have to push the casters into place which is impossible. Position the caster, pushed in to start, and then drive it the rest of the way placing the wood on the bottom of the caster and driving it with the mallet. And once they are in, you won't get them out easily. Mallets are cheaper than wrenches at least. As for the arrows on the bottom indicating where to put the locking casters, that is a bit funny. Put them on the other equal length side if you want, they are the same. Or on the short side if you need for your application. If you have less space in a van or transit, or a narrow space in your shop, the shorter side might get them in and you would want the locking casters facing you.

Nice setup, thanks for sharing. What is the diameter of the castors?
I am planning to buy one but couldn't find any info on the castor size...

I’ve purchased one and they’ve changed the caster installation to where you push the post into the hole and wait for a click. I can’t get it to click. Guess I’ll have to message customer service to see what I’m doing wrong. Nice video!

Read my post above. You just need to drive them in with a mallet until they seat. Forget the click.

@ that is exactly what I had to do! I also had trouble getting the yellow latches to connect with the box components. I thought the mallet worked great for the wheels…… so I gave it a try for the latches and it worked for them too! 😁

@@mokimmy6457 The latches usually loosen up quickly. You shouldn't need to carry around a mallet or pry bar.
