For some reason when I'm logged in there I can't see ANY of the menu options you have... There's no list of business assets, people, partnerships, requests or anything... Anyone else in this boat? Anyone figured this out?
Once you know it's uses it's not useless. Business suite is for managing contents, scheduling them and stuff like that. Biz manger is meant for back-end business settings.
I have a question regarding the users adding through business manager, I have send an invitation to an email address. he then click on the accept invite but he doesn't have Facebook profile set up on that email. why when he is click on meta business manager access assest. then meta says login after he enter the email he create new profile why is that so ? is there any way out there ??????
The email you add to business manager is just way to contact that person. Doesn't matter if that email is connected to the ACTUAL fb profile. He will need to login with his regular profile, even if he got the notification through the unconnected email
@@VertexMarketingAgency But then any person who has the invitation link could get access, isn't it? For example I have the invitation link from the email, login with any profile and then can suddenly access the business suite of the person who did send the invitation?
when i click settings i do not get these options. i even tried to create a new page. what comes up is only the list of profiles with my pages and facebook user name. im getting so frustrated
So if I as an agency want to have access to a client´s Business Manager, should I ask them to add me both as a partner AND as "people" ? Or is "partner" enough for me to have full access?
if they have everything set up correctly, then partner should be good! but if you need to get in there and change settings and basically are more knowledgable than them you may need admin access in order to make deeper changes.
@@rossyoga No you may need admin access. never share credentials nor should your client! if anything, make them share their screen with you on zoom but do not share credentials.
Hi! I know this is an older video but hoping to get some help... from the Business Suite I can see all the pages, their contents, program/schedule etc... when I move to Business Manager, NOTHING shows up! It's like the profile I use to manage all of my clients doesn't exist... I can't really accept invites, assign assets etc. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
When trying to give a person access to the Instagram app on the phone I get errors, Some get in right away and others say the wrong password. Can someone help? Inhave them setup in meta business but I need then to have the business on the app
Hi, I just wanted to ask if you can only invite people with Facebook accounts? or Is there a way to invite people without accounts? I'm planning to add staff using company emails.
I am working with a brand i have been added and given partial access for the page. I'm unable to run or acess any of the previous ad campaigns. Should I ask for full control access inorder to be able to acess previous campiagns and run new campaigns.
What about when a client logs in and they have full admin access but they don't have a "people" or "invite people" button?? Having that issue with 2 clients so we can't figure out how to add me to manage their accounts.
Thank you for the video / explanation! I’m curious if my company runs ads for another company, what stops them from just stealing my ads and firing my agency?
If what you offer is not valuable, then nothing :) JUST MAKING ADS is something lots of people can do. but how is your client relationship? what are you offering to them that makes you a valuable asset? gotta think about that.
SO HELPFUL ! I appreciate it. I'm onboarding two clients who have already run ads but very basic, no pixel... Can I still get them to ad me as a partner with full control and the I'll be able to go in and setup domains and pixel...???
You would need to be added to their business manager and you would need to be added as admin, not partner in order to set up pixel and domain. i would make sure they have a proper business manager set up as well!
Thank you so much, last question if you have time - I sent them a walkthrough video where they add my business id as a partner to their ad account and business page, and additionally they go to security center and add my personal email as an admin with full control, should that cover it? @@VertexMarketingAgency
How do I get fb to let me use business suite for my personal page that I created my business on page under? Suite only shows my biz page in profiles but my personal page is the one that’s monetized , in professional mode and in charge of the page . There’s no option in the drop down to select my personal profile
Thats because suite and manager are only for BUSINESS assets. You cannot have a personal business suite... unless you convert your page to a business page.

I would like to add another person's ad account to my business manager and I want to pay the bill with my business manager because I don"t want them to know my card number. Is it possible?
I personally would recommend that they pay their own ad account bill. so they add their own settings in their own ads manager billing area, then they can give you access and you can run their ads. but, even if you get access to their ad account, they wouldn't be able to see your payment info. after you enter your cc information, it is hidden and you can only see the last 4 digits.
I have a business but the person who created the page doesn't want to give me full access and he is no longer with the company. What can i do i need help
I had the same situation. I didn't realize that when I sent the invite, facebook requested an approval from somebody who also has access to the business account. I suppose it was for security purposes.
Hi, thank you for the amazing video and your time. I'm trying to run ads for someone else but still a bot worried about the payment method. Could you please guide me, where I can find more information on how to make sure the client is paying for their own ads and what do I charge them for my service?
I recommend getting access to your client ad account. They should have their own payment settings, and add their own credit card. If they are not paid, your ads will get an error. Service pricing depends on a lot of things! But usually a monthly fee paid at the beginning on the month.
Have them add you as a partner using your business manager ID, but you may still need admin access to do some things, so then they could also add your email under "people" to their business manager
I recommend as an Agency, to not request access of their Business Manger (partner) because it will default to use your payment method for their ads. Instead request access to their ad account under Accounts so that it uses their payment info and also doesn't affect your Business Manager account if they get banned, etc.
I personally would disagree, i have never run into this issue! Whether you are added as admin, partner, etc the payment method is a separate setting and would to automatically change based on who they add to the business manager. An advertiser needs access to the facebook page, instagram page, and the ad account, and pixel in order to advertise properly so i do feel like its best to either be added as partner or even admin to the BM
For some reason when I'm logged in there I can't see ANY of the menu options you have... There's no list of business assets, people, partnerships, requests or anything... Anyone else in this boat? Anyone figured this out?

Probably in the "business info" tab in business manager
Please answer the question of what we do if we don't see the "People" option. Many of us don't see it.
You may not have admin access to the business manager if you cannot see the people option. Figure out who the admin of the BM and ask then to add you
