LOL _ Zangief is trash - mediocre at best after the patch. He has no defense and folds to pressure. No wakeup OD move, no crossover protection for Lariat and SPD gets beat by BASIC throw (this is by far the most criminal)
Yes, it's quite common at all ranks. Players in Master have very good offense but they crumble when it comes to defending. Understanding your wakeup options will greatly improve your offense, especially when you have oki.
Why doesn't he like to block? Because SF6 made blocking irrelevant by giving players moves that are plus on block. Even if I block, it's still your turn for some reason. This is by far the worst thing about the game, along with throws having insane priority.

Game is a mashing scrub pay to win garbage 🤷🏻♂️🤣…characters are behind a paywall, you can’t even have the access to them in practice mode to test the frame data to fight against them if you don’t pay, $60 for an incomplete game x every season pass you will pay at the end $200+
@AVALONXIX The game often provides rental Fighter tickets, allowing you to try out DLC characters, yes even in training mode. Nowadays, most fighting games use a yearly character pass model. Personally, I like this approach because it offers a steady stream of new characters and balance updates. This is so much better than the old ways like in SF4 where you'd have 7 different versions of the game.
@@qianFGC in SF5 you could grind the game and unlock characters with the points that you earned from missions, that was fair so don’t try to convince me that a dirty bs monetization is good because it’s not, sorry
