As an Aussie I never realised these were called "clove polyps". We always buy them labelled as clavularia. I have green clavs that are almost weedy in my tank. My "fireworks" clavs are still adapting.🤣 We also get our GSPs sold as "pachyclavularia" which means "thick clavularia" which I guess makes sense! My Klein's butterfly doesn't bother them at all.

Clove polyps also dont have a skeleton. And Goni will always have 24 lashes on the polyp
