I feel the deal only works because Himeko and the Astral Express are a part of it. The nameless good name across the galaxy helps keep the deal honest. Everyone putting their cards up front is why this relatively peaceful transaction happened (instead of a hostile takeover over like what almost happened with Belobog).
Her VA really do her wonderful She has this light type of voice but with experiences in every path she took, and showing she got thru all bad dreams and still can live Now she has sweet tongue but she can poison you if she wants
@@MrSentinel07 Faye Mata gave such an alluring and venomous tone for her character. I actually do dig it! And it doesn’t have to be necessarily deep down the diaphragm.
this is just a reenactment of the invasion of Naboo from SW except the trade federation in this galaxy's own Half of the Galaxy and they actually have God that kinda backing them up from time to time.
I'm confused. I thought the IPC wanted to turn the planet back into a prison. I guess that scene in Ena's dream wasn't really that far off huh... Even Screwllum proposal with Dr. Ratio to temporalily work on a different project wasn't really that off...
Sooo... why do I have a feeling we've been used again? Oti's a dumb log. Did he really believe Himeko's ONE seat at a board of directors can be of any value? If the IPC would want to pull something, they do it, her voice won't mean anything. The IPC just bought and used us again. What the hell... it's so not Trailblaze gentlemen. :/ And now we're kinda tied to the IPC even more. I'm more and more upset with The Astral Express crew.
I don't think so. IPC is morally gray, but they're not "evil" IPC truly values it's business, Himeko and Oti being at the helm of Penacony is that safety measurement. For them to break business deals with their partners ultimately destroys the trust that the IPC has with their share holders. Even with Aventurine's suspicious antics, he kept his word in the end. The main condition of selling Penacony is ultimately >To never let Penacony's past happen again, which is why Himeko has a seat, and why Oti is the head of this operations, and IPC only has 25% of it. As Jade stated, "It benefits all of us if we both stepped back" >Oti stepped back from the "Pie in The Sky" Plan, which ultimately dwindles his control to 0% since its a free for all, and decided to let IPC have a small slice of it instead, while having majority of the control under his name + Himeko >Jade stepped back from "Buying out/owning Penacony back into the IPCs hand" by only having 1/4 of it, and this way Penacony becomes an ally to the IPC instead of having nothing at all. If Jade's conditions weren't considerate towards Penacony's struggles, Oti would have declined their offer and went with the free for all shares sales across the galaxy. He'd rather let Penacony be in ruins rather than have one group hold absolute power of it like it did in the past. Both sides ultimately win. Penacony gets its stability, and on top of it it gets support from the IPC for funding/resources/etc, and the IPC gets Penacony back into their name; albeit with a limited control.

Siobhan and Oti Alfalfa two good looking NPC designs that we will never be able to play.....
The same thing was said of that MALE FOXIAN and SAM in the past.
And also micah

Which one? Jade or Himeko?
I thought Jade's voice gonna be more deep, low and mature, kinda Kafka levels
Honestly, I like that they didn't. I think this voice makes her sound more.... slithery so to speak, given snakes seem to be her theme.
