I thought the instructor was excellent and patient. The pupils question of "what is an object" and the ensuing discussion illustrates how difficult professional training sessions are for instructors. He handled the questions like a pro.
I am sure this is one of the best Salesforce Training startup tutorial, In this video it's almost covered the basic part(SALESFORCE, CRM, SAAS, IAAS, PAAS, CLOUD, PAGES, LAYOUTS, TABS, LOOKUPS, MASTER, RELATIONSHIPS etc..) Thanks for the tutor!
hi great stuff. when you say at 9:00 "do you understood what i was telling" it is difficult for your clients to understand. what you really want to say is "do you underSTAND what i'm asking*". understood = in the past. understand = present. Don't mean to come off disparaging just want to help you in future presentations when you pose questions to your customers so there is less confusion/lag time. Cheers.
+Vince O'Donnell in addition "telling" is more for a story or anecdote, "asking" is for questions/requests, which is why i recommend using the word "asking"
The methodology of teaching is very good.It is very well paced and gives an overview of the tool starting from the scratch. It starts from the very basics and slowly evolves in the concepts.I would like to learn from such a tutor. Please give details on joining the entire course. Thanks
Good method of coaching, best way to understand where your pupils stand. But I do understand sound too many questions for those who knows the basics. Salesforce sales cloud platform menu bar known as Tabs. A data table consist of an Object which records its action. A database table has an object with records in a column and row has fields which relate the relationship between data tables.
But i would say asking them more questions is good because they are awake and not speak by himself. So if he ask them questions they both gonna think a little bit and not just listen to him. I would say this it's good how you are doing. A good teacher always ask their students, like do you got it ? Or should i repeat it ? Or why i'm doing like this and not in different way? This way engagement is very close. :) Bottom line, interaction is crucial, i would say. :)

No offense Instructor I can tell you are an educated individual but you need to brush up your pronunciation if you planning on teaching US crowd...specially the way you pronounce "Parent" I can tell John & Johnson having a blast with that!..Still very good detail tutorial.
Oh everyone should pronunciate everything the same exact way. You said it yourself, he is educated that's the critical part. Your job is to understand him.

he says call center never spelled as that what you typed
you shouldn't ask so many pointless questions and wait forever for answers it creates a lot of dead space and wrecks the flow of the video.
+Greg Hicks Thank you for the feedback. We would consider it in our next release. Subscribe to our channel for more.

dude try to be natural, its not 'cor' its simply car
Not the best use of student time. Decrease the questions and explain the concepts with practical examples. Very disjointed.
Thank You for letting us know. We will definitely work on it.
when he speaks fast strong accent for learning kinda to much
Sorry about that Serghei, we will share your feedback with the relevant department
