To get all the perks In Icarus the first thing you need to do is buy every per at least once, if you've never had a perk before it wont appear in your character file, to do this you can go into the game files and add respec points(you can find this file under appdata/local/Icarus/saved/playerdata) just add like 500 and then buy every perk in the game, once you've had all of them you can find your player file "character.json" (this can be found in the same file path) Right click characters.json and click open with notepad++ (notepad ++ is free to download) once youve opened it with notepad ++ press "Ctrl + H" to find and replace text, in the "find" section put "Rank\": 1 ( with the quotations) in the replace section put "Rank\": 4 In the find section you will also need to put "Rank\": 2 and "Rank\": 3 after you're done with "Rank\": 1 and replace all of them with "Rank\": 4 After you've done all that at the top left of notepad++ click file and save the document, and then you should be all set :)

it is a pretty decent perk but unless you modify your character file you only get a limited amount of perks. I use the exact ones in the vid which is the exact amount you get so I don't have enough points to go down that tree usually.

The perk Plyometrics can be found in the survival exploration tree and doesn't require and cheats or modifications, I'm assuming that's the perk you're referring to. If that's not the one you mean let me know and id be glad to help :)
or maybe a better explanation on this trying to do it tried creating 12 characters and just upgraded each tree then copy pasted it onto a fresh character and crashed my files
If you go to my channel about page and send me an email I can reply with a copy of my Test character, if you have other character already you'll have to make sure that everything fits together how its supposed. If you dont have other characters you want to keep you can delete everything in the file and copy paste my character file.

Since the last decentralization patch, all files are in your computer, so everything can be modified now, as long as you know how. For now, I can only modify the Ren, Exotics and Respec Points, because they are too easy to modify in a file you can edit with any text editor, but with someone who makes a program to modify everything else, you can change all you want in the game now... I guess TV Tray is using some program to modify the talents, or he knows what files to edit.

@@darkcrow7 in the file called characters.json if you use ctrl+f to find and copy past "Rank\": (include quotations and space after Colon ) then there should be a number between 0-4 after each one, change that number to 4 for every one (this will take a long time but its the only way I've found. Also for some reason only perks you've already unlocked on your character will appear in that file so you need to respec call your perks a few time to make sure you have had all the perks before otherwise the ones youve never had wont appear, but you can also edit respec points like you mentioned earlier so that should be too much of an issue. If you need any more help let me know :)
the file path should be appdata>local>icarus>saved>playerdata then the file you want to edit is characters.json for the perks the file for red exotics and respec points is profile.json

The food perk that allows an extra stomach slot seems like a good one too
it is a pretty decent perk but unless you modify your character file you only get a limited amount of perks. I use the exact ones in the vid which is the exact amount you get so I don't have enough points to go down that tree usually.

use a program called WeMod and it gives you max talent and blueprint points :)

I found a way to keep getting talent points even after 50
I think naturally you can get 60 talent points so you actually have to hit level 60, but if you're past 60 I would love to know how you did it :)

Where Do I find that "Biometrics" perk? Or is it part of the cheat thing you were using?
