2 sprigs green onion chopped
1 tsp dried satay chili or chili sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic and chili

There are no ingredient measurements & directions on this Helen. I just went to your site to look up the recipe in English & nothing came up on this recipe. Please speak or write in English caption. Your food ideas are exciting & inspiring. I was frustrated that your site could not find “grilled eggs.” You have a soft spoken & adorable voice. How come you’re not speaking in them lately? Same disappointment. Searched for “Helen recipes grilled eggs with topping” and no hits. Unfortunately my Vietnamese is null, so pls help us out 🙏🙏🙏
She doesn’t even cook in her videos anymore. Her team has taken control over her channel and it’s obvious from the content she’s been posting the last few years. Ever since she hired a team to help her the quality content has been suffering. This channel no longer has any authenticity and only cares about growing subscribers. I was on her vegan playlist a few weeks ago and in the playlist was a video about how to gain 10k subscribers in a week (I don’t think her or her team is aware it’s in there). How embarrassing. I get that you want your channel to grow but it was growing organically when she had quality content. Watching her videos now compared to what they were 5+ years ago, you can tell she no longer cares about content. Now only posting video shorts or BS videos like this instead of the longer videos going into Vietnamese food backstory and spending time with us in her kitchen. Disappointing. She should fire her team and go back to her roots.
@@jennifer-yb4zn Is that why? I even tried the link in the subscription, but it only brought me to front page. So I searched about a dozen of pages looking for the pictures, hoping for help with Google translate, but gave up. Probably this isn’t a recent recipe either.
I am really wondering why Helen seems not to be in charge anymore, when you say abt the high quality of her older vids. Very sorry;
