Omg , this is the best book so far u guys did . I always wondering y i'm always out of peace of my mind . there's no peace in my mind . thnx to u now I know the reasons for that . I always take things personally & overthinking about that also I assume everything & overthink about that . u explained perfectly myself . but one thing i'm very aware & wise enough to use my words carefully , I don't wanna hurt anyone but i'm hurting myself , negative self talks reduce my self confidence . I think we all need this book in our lives . good job simple books . I need my inner peace so badly . now I know how to control that . i have no words to express my gratitude .
