    The traditional way of sardin peratal in Malaysia... reminds me of my childhood.... perfect with fried egg with hot white rice...not forgetting lemon pickle..... Heaven!!!....

    First time i watched indian home cooking with ajinomoto.. Normally, indians they dont use ajinomoto. Even without that thing food will still be tasty..

      @@shobyspassion6378 not all people can eat ajinomoto. My sister will get stomach ache after she eat ajinomoto. Its caused harm to some people

      @@xdanifa3027 Ajinomoto is a brand name of monosodium glutamate. This is found naturally in many foods, and it is impossible to avoid. Your sister's condition is mental, not physical.

    3 things i do differently than this video and taste super good
    1st I fry the makarel fish separately not fully fried but partly fried only
    2nd i also add about 3 dried chilis when adding the curry leave and 1 spoon of chili powder after putting in the can of sardine
    3rd i use tamarand water instead of lime water after i put in the can of sardine and also i dont use ajinamoto.

    canned sardine paratal, is our malaysia and singapore soul food among the makkals, thanks dear for the upload, i am been cooking previously using 2 tablespoon of curry powder, almost gave up my favourite dish, till i closely observe your video, use only 2 tea spoon, it came out well, am sure your mothers hand version will be amazing, hoping to eat at your house some day, cheers

    I am Indian and man no matter where you go you cant live without spices and masala. Best in the whole wide world, not criticizing but a lot of people are getting towards healthy eating and are following Indian way of dieting. idli, dosa, chutney we dont cook it with oil. and turmeric is better than any other european can packed food. Rusiyo rusi 👌👌👌

    Look good. But I won't break up the fish after adding curry powder. When the curry powder is cooked, I'll add water and tamarind/lime juice. Then add salt and sugar, finally fish (I'll omit ajinomoto). I like my fish whole. Then I'll add onion rings, potato cubes, cpriander leaves.

      for that brand theres 2 type of fish mackerel and sardine but we'll call it sardine. confuse so am i 😆. it's more to a local dialect.
