damn i must've had a REAL, and i mean, REAL bad nightmare if i say woke up hyperventilating and or crying. Because when i usually have nightmares, i'll wake up, open my crusty eyes after a few seconds or minutes it depends (that would be me processing what my mind just made up). Slowly roll around and maybe sit up, then eventually put on some youtube videos to calm my nerves until i fall asleep again.
