Your uterus is closer to your back then it is your belly so if you put your heating pack on your back you could experience much less pain compared to the pain relief you experience putting a heat pack on your belly :D

My shark weeks within the past 6 months have been nuts, and i recently started birth control, and all my physically incompasitating cramps and heavy flow have practically disappeared! Or so i thought
I am now dealing with shark week about a week after i started my second pack. I only had a week between my last shark week and this shark week🙃 but this is helping me mentally dealing with it.
