I think you're supposed to jump up, activate the thwomp and keep going up, then throw the shell to hit the on/off switch, land on the red blocks, then jump again before the thwomp hits the other on/off switches and land on the blue blocks, then proceed to whatever lies ahead :)
DGR played my level... Yay!!! I'm glad you liked my level!!! For the part you were confused on you have to throw the shell at the on off switch on the right while it is off and you have to jump before the other on off switch is activated by the thwomp
On the last level I think you wanted to have the switch off, then spin off the thwomp activating it, and shell jump off of the on/off switches on the right, then you would be in there, then the activated thwomp would hit the switch again and you would jump up at the right time and get on the blue platforms. If that makes sense

Hi, Dave! Maybe you should've thrown the shell on the right blue switch while the thwamp is traveling to the switch on the left. The blue blocks on the top would disapear and the red blocks would appear, alowing you to jump on the red them before the twamp hits the now red switchs on the left. If you try and it works please show us :D

For the little effort Odyessy even put into most of what you apparently call "Galaxies", which are actually mostly tiny little "Kingdoms" that could barely even hold my interest for long, I would have actually been surprised to find such a place in that game, where fire and ice meet, and of course there wasn't! I don't have the whole thing figured out, but I'm willing to bet that the solution involves performing a Shell Jump in such a way that your shell hits the On/Off Switches above the Thwomp. Meaning you first have to grab a shell and Spin Jump on the Thwomp as it's coming back to its original position.
Make sure on off is on blue. Time a shell jump to enter that red box you got stuck in and turn red blocks on. Then either jump or time it so your shell jump puts you over the blue before the thwomp then activates the switch to make blue solid. TLDR: Shell jump the switch, jump up over non-solid blue blocks, thwomp hits switch, land on now solid blue blocks. Don't do a small jump to activate thwomp. Do the shell jump and thwomp on the same jump.
