Hi everyone! To me, the gear augmentation system was a bit hard to understand at first, so I figured I'd make a quick video to condense the information in an easy-to-understand, brief way (all the content I could find on this stuff was like 20+ min...). Do leave me feedback on this type of content and let me know if you'd like more quick guides like this in the future! I'd like to know if I managed to explain it well enough in this short time, or would you like me to do longer content with more examples and explanations? Also on the topic of the Rare stats, they didn't give us any materials to actually breakthrough to Titan on test server, so I wasn't able to test any of these stat values. Maybe in a future video I can go in-depth on that if I ever get to test that properly ~ "What if two stats have 2 rolls each in them?" ... I would test the priorities but why would you breakthrough gear with 2 rolls? Since the value of the bonus stats is dependent on the values of the rolls, you'll get like, no value with this... [EDIT] Augmentation stats also reroll with each augment, so if you were rolling a random 3 element pool, the values may switch between elements as you upgrade~
So basically this is good for changing a "good gear" for an element you didn't want into a "good gear" with an element you do want, which reduces RNG, but on the higher end, if you already have a "god-gear" (let's say gloves with 5k crit) and you want a specific rare stat, it now becomes ultra-mega RNG to get the desired rare-stat into that particular piece of gear?
I like this kind of short guides, it's easy to understand and there's no need to just leave the tab open to watch it later like I usually do with the 20min videos lol, and it's probably less work for you too I'm sure, so when it's possible I think it's a good idea to make short guides too :)

So as a volt dps main that also uses frost, is it better to titan gear another gear that has high rolls on 2 +2 element atk preferably volt & frost, they then transfers to different elements thru titan; then when i transfer augments, 😮it can possibly transfer back to volt & frost damage traits to my BiS gear?
@@lamartinejr2814 Yep! I'm not sure how bad the rerolling for Rare stats is, so we'll have to wait and see on that one... hopefully they aren't too gamechanging, lol...
@@mranderson4001 When you transfer, only augmentation progress (which increases the base stats by a little bit) transfers - the bonus augmentation stats will NOT transfer, as each piece of gear has its own pool of augmentation stats to roll!

So if we get a lot of crit on gloves then we can get hp or resistance? That‘s unfortunate. For gloves I guess we are basically just going for the ‚titan form‘ and getting a beneficial stat?

Well, the substats that you have will increase marginally as you enhance it... 120 times... by like, an entire roll's worth ~ there are also special bonus stats that you get when you get to Titan
so if i use me 1000 Flaim eq and make it to titan gear will it be 1000 flaum + Volt + FRost ? oder will flame disapeer and chance in volt ?? because someonte said you can also loss you hight stat armor in shit armor
It can be rerolled randomly when you keep augmenting. For example, within 5 augments after hitting Titan, I got offered a new rare stat which I could take or leave as I choose ~
Yep, that's just how it is ~ we'll still get some minor base stat increases, and eventually a rare stat line, so there is value, but titan gloves are one of the lowest value pieces~
@@Maygi Do you recommend upgrading the gloves with this system then? Or should we focus on the reactor and other pieces coming in the future instead and leave the gloves alone?
@@Maygiwow….thanks for informing me. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything with Titan gears at all now. Perhaps if we can convince the developers not to do that, that would be better…..it’s almost like downgrading a good piece into something worse
The base stats are locked in once rolled, but you can transfer the titan progress to another piece of gear and either transfer it back or re-augment it to reroll the base augments~
It's a bit scuffed, but press "transfer", preview it with a different gear, and before you accept the transfer (don't accept it btw LOL), it'll show the augment count at the top
so ppl that did va and oow alrdy might be fked if they add the materials to those since it doesn't reset until end of month? while seq will reset on patch day
You didn't tell people if the titan rare stat can be rerolled or is permanent. Like if you get Block Boost on a dps item it's useless So now even your godlike piece of gear is trash because it didn't roll titan damage boost or discharge boost or atk boost and instead rolled a most useless stat.
Poor player cry* why they have to put the titan gear item at 2600 :') i think i can only get that with my main element as low spender, i hope they nerf it and put it at 1300 or something :DD, love your videos!

Hmm, one part wasn't clear for me. So we can do "stat transfer" and "reroll". But, what you showed is reroll with other gear with DC, so how is this working exactly? -To reroll you need other gear and randomizes a stat for us and we need 200DC for every try? -To transfer a gear, we really can transfer the stats that is on an equipment (so we can just switch it to another) or we just lose the other gear and there is no stat transfer at all, just rng with rerolling from gems? If that is true, then this is a fully whale content, because paying DC for rerolling is a big problem, but if we can transfer the exact same stats to another gear, then it could be a viable option when we reach max gear.
The transfer is for the augmentation progress, but the BASE augment stats are lost. When you perform the first augment, you'll receive two random stats from a pool. In the example, my gear only had Frost ATK% on it, so there were 3 random stats - Volt, Physical, and Flame ATK %. Let's say I wanted Physical ATK % but I roll the other two instead. I could effectively "reroll" the starting base augment stats by transferring the augment progress (of 1) away to another piece of gear and re-enhancing the current gear. "Rerolling" isn't really a whale thing. Ideally, you have two flavors of element in the first place, so then you can get all four upon augmenting. It's only for this niche case where you have a single high element roll, and you're looking for one particular other roll, in which case there's a 1/3 chance you don't get what you want.

(Like one of your older videos with the dmg% calculations and a complex new system like this one with the titan gears)
I hate when game add a new complicated gear system just so ppl with good gear have something else to chase now. F2p aren't allowed to have similar gear to whales. Always new rng to farm

Most of the materials come from weekly reset crystal dust, so you're only missing out on a small amount of bonuses from those contents~!

Doesnt matter. Dont breakthrough that, aim for atleast 3+ rolls minimum, this material is rare. And DC is rarer

OOW reset on may 11th, the only thing not confirmed atm is the VA
for VA still unsure but for OOW is still ok. OOW resets on the same day as the new patch.
