I prefer Kath and Kim/Gina Riley version. Will always, because I love the Aussie show. It's a production that is unequaled in development and in talent. Gaga did a good cover. She has a strong, clear, and versatile voice. Style... not so much, surprisingly. And if you're a fan of Kath and Kim it seems like covering The Joker is more a gesture of co-opting. Gaga has proved she is talented and successful. But, apparently that's not enough, I guess. She's not the only talented and creative performer, and she doesn't need to keep proving herself. Let it go, Gaga. Be who you are, not a character you created. You can expand your creativity from within. You can't always luck out by being in the right place at the right time. Enjoy and relax.
