Do you use multiple time frames when deciding when to enter a trade using this system? For example, if it meets all entry criteria on the daily, do you then wait for the 65 minute or 30 minute charts to meet the same criteria before entering? I appreciate your videos, thanks for these examples.
When the leading spin A is bellow spin B, you should have cloud in different color and it will be easier to people to understand. Ichimoku is one Amazing trading system 🙏🏻
Your entry is incorrect as the lagging span is not at that height at all but 26 periods back to the left, as long as the lagging span has left the cloud and is away from price then you can enter.
This was somewhat confusing to me because the examples were all historical. Some of the components of the Ichimoku Cloud are lagging and others are leading. It seems that when you show the examples the data being used must be the data that is known at the time. I hope you understand my point.
Hi, I know my comment was probably confusing. What I was trying to say was when you showing a buy signal in the past it would be nice to see the points of data being used. After reflection place a fix arrows on the data going into the decision at the lagging and leading lines. You were moving your pointer around and it was hard to see the exact data being used in the decision. Hope this clears up my comments.
You are interpreting Lagging span incorrectly. When in buy trade it should first cross down price, thereafter conversion line and lastly base line. And you get indication to exit trades that time price is ahead 26 periods.

my last Q is on the lagging indicator - obviously it works great when you show the charts in the past. But at the time of the etnry decision you don't know what the price is 26 days out. Hence I am not sure this system will work at all? It works if you know the future but then any system does. What does the backtesting show in terms of ratio # of trades mades and # of profitable trades vs. losing trades? over say a sample of 10 random stocks
What if everything matches but the conversion line keeps going in and out of baseline? I think this needs another confirmation indicator for sideways market

Whenever the price breaks the long, thin and flat cloud, it will be my time to enter my trade even long or short in any timeframe. I'm not waiting for the price to bounce back to enter my trade because I will miss the best price to enter one. When the cloud is just getting itself bigger and bigger, the price is far away from the cloud and make the reversal pattern, that's when I get out of a trade

It's very high. Do you have a backtesting system? The charting software you use should give you one. TRENDSPIDER will there is a link in the description they give 7 days free if you need a charting system with backtesting.

You are not getting out for the price at the point the lagging span crosses price because it is 26 periods behind price.
The lagging indicator tends to lag, the chiku line is not determined yet on the example entry (in real time)

The lagging line lags by 26 frames, right? So, how can you enter the trade?

Great point and yes there are set ups that can work better for me at least on different time frames. Right now I am trading using 1 min bars

@@RamanSharma-hw7cp I would run it on an even greater backtest. think 1,000 or 10,000 and see how it comes out. I know it is highly accurate.
