Absolute Worst Experience EVER. We were at the Airport 5 hours ahead of check in we lined up, the line was short BUT West Jet Supervisors kept calling other people to come and cut ahead us 4.5 hours later they said we could check in but when we got to the desk they said there was not enough time and we had to miss our flight which also meant we would miss our connecting international flight which only flies ONCE a week. West Jet is the Absolute Worst Ever... DO NOT trust this airline.
Before the pandemic I was a frequent flyer and I appreciated my flight crew I always made sure to say hi to them when I boarded and I always took the time to thank them when I would deplane. I’ve only flown a few times since air travel became somewhat normalized and every time I’ve flown I’ve given the crew gift cards it’s my way of saying thank you to them in trying times
