In this webinar the instructor explains how to program a tilted plane using a spatial angle. The participants learn the difference between axis and spatial angles. An example is used for explaining which spatial angles are available and how they are programmed in the control. Based on a workpiece, the correct procedure for tilting is shown and the use of datum shift (Cycle 7), tilting function (PLANE SPATIAL) and the associated resetting are explained. Does it make a difference if we reset the Datum Shift (cycl 7.0) first then reset the plane?

Angle side should be 100.6231 in lenght and angle is 26°33'54.18" if Z minus is 45 and Y plus is 90
