Thank You. I have an E5-571P-55TL which appears to be exactly the same as the model you are working on. It is a great laptop with an i5 processor and I upgraded the RAM. The only problem is the touchscreen is horrible. I may replace it now......... Thank You. I had no idea it was so easy.
