I doubt you'll be able to get any jobs basis 4 papers

You can count all the experience under PER even if it's a month long

While big4 experience is always preferred however it's not mandatory. You can show how your non big4 experience is far superior

I think the MRA is between CAANZ and ACCA which is still there. For CPA you jus have to sit one paper and you're admitted to CPA as well
