〜Ingredients (for one 18cm pound cake mold)
Dough
Sweet potato - 250g
Butter - 100g
Sugar - 80g
Milk - 50g
Eggs - 2
10g black sesame seeds
Flour - 60g
Baking powder - 15g
For topping
sweet potato - 50g
Honey - to taste
How to make
1, Cut sweet potatoes for topping into 1cm cubes and heat with a small amount of milk in a 650W microwave oven for 4 minutes.
When cooled, mix with honey.
2, Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and heat them in a 650W microwave oven for 6 minutes.
When softened, mash them with a wooden spatula.
3, Add melted butter and sugar and mix well.
Add milk, eggs, and black sesame seeds and mix well.
4, Add the flour and baking powder and mix well so that the mixture does not become sticky.
5, Pour the batter into a pound cake mold lined with a cookie sheet, top with the sweet potato topping, and bake in the oven at 170℃ for 35 minutes to complete the dough.
