I plan to buy one. No learning curve for me because you explained everything. I had a Braun immersion blender for a million years but lost it when I moved. I feel confident in the Braun product because of the perfect service my old Braun blender gave me. I also didn't know you could mash potatos, that will save me from getting the mash attachment. Thanks for a great video.
Thank you for trying it out; BUT; you made a soft demo on your new blender an onion is not a hard veg. how about an apple, nuts. You made guacamole something super soft. Please think about it you have a high power tool for the kitchen show me what it can do.
She just bought me one of these. I barely mentioned yesterday that I would like to have one. It was delivered this morning before the sun even came up. Can't wait to try it out. She's pretty special❤!
Yes, place of manufacture is important to me. Also thank you for showing the cord, the type and it's length. Now I can throw out my pos KitchenAid immersion blender with it's horrid heavy-gauge cord!
how sensitive is the trigger? how hard is it to maintain same speed? Maybe its better to go with a model where you actually control the speed by setting it?
Yevsh, the trigger is quite responsive and easy to use. It comes down to personal preference on how you like to blend. Typically, I like to start out at a slower speed, then gradually increase to a higher speed once everything starts to get incorporated, which the Braun easily allows this style of blending. I can see where you may want a continuous slow speed or high speed for certain applications - Braun does offer another hand blender that has this style function that you can check out here: www.everythingkitchens.com/multiquick-5-vario-hand-blender-ss-blending-shaft-1-5c-chopper-beaker-21-speeds.html
I love your presentation - I'm deciding which one to buy, and which attachments to consider, so this is very helpful. Wondering also, do you know what part(s) on Braun immersion blenders warrant a prop 65 warning? And is it something that contacts the food? Thanks again for your video!
Hey lorisharing4142! To answer your question, there are no parts on the Braun that would come in contact with the food to be worried about. ANY kitchen appliance that is electricity-powered will wind up with a Prop65 label because of solder points (a metal alloy made of tin and lead used in all circuit boards and to bridge wires to components). It looks like the model shown in this video has been replaced by the newer Braun MultiQuick 9 Set (found here: evkitch.com/3to79By) or also consider the Braun Multiquick Immersion Blender Set (found here: evkitch.com/46utZGl) Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need any recommendations! I bought a Braun immersion blender but can’t figure out how to get the blade out of the 2 cup bowl to wash it or remove the blade part. The directions in the instruction booklet aren’t helpful. Can you explain how to get it out of the bowl?
I am unpacking and reading the instructions while playing and pausing this video and my Braun MultiQuick 7 doesnt have the smaller chopping beaker as shown in your guacamole demo. Also, book does have some basic recipes
Can it be that this model, MQ725, is not featured any more at least not on Braun's official web site? And instead the 7th series is now coming with smaller trigger button and without the top safety button?
The hand blender in our video has been rebranded to MQ9037 Braun MultiQuick 9 - not sure why the change, but this model does have the larger trigger button (I am also unsure of why this model does not appear on Braun's website). We do have stock of this hand blender on our website if you are interested: www.everythingkitchens.com/braun-multiquick-9-hand-blender-set-mq9037.html
Cathy, the center blade does not come out - I used a simple cleaning brush/dish wand to clean it with no issues : ) This is what I use in the test kitchen: evkitch.com/2Kw2wLu
Marie, I wouldn't recommend any immersion blender for making dough. A hand mixer or stand mixer with dough hook attachments would be the best for making dough. I hope this helps!
@@hotwheels1112 For bread doughs, none of the attachments would be very effective. Now if you are doing something like a wet batter (like zucchini bread, or pancake mix) then the whisk attachment could be useful, but for thick bread dough, the chopper that comes with it is very small for a bread dough batch. Let us know if you have more questions!
@@EverythingKitchens thanks, I was thinking for pastry, I've seen a food processor accessory attachment, which has a dough hook, just need to make sure the dough hook is available in my country, as what you get seems to vary by country.
zack, I wouldn't recommend using any immersion blender to grind meat. A meat grinder will do a much better job: ruclips.net/video/vwbeheZhzQc/видео.html
I don't like Chinese politics (or any really), but China makes some pretty goods things. My Edifier 2.1 speakers have lasted me 11 years. I guess it depends on the quality checks. Most electronics are now manufactured in China due to globalism and dirty politics within Western govts selling out their own country and people to line their own pockets.
I wouldn't recommend this item for blending nuts. If you're looking for something for blending nuts, I suggest a high power bender like the vitamix or a food processor. I hope this helps :)

Best blender product I have ever bought
Thanks for the review. I am glad that you mentioned where it is manufactured.

lol that's why i'm here as well
Most products are manufactured in China. The companies such as Apple and Vitamix, which stand behind their products, are more important.
Thanks. i was hoping that you show how all of the pieces work, especially the whisker by whipping some cream.
I like your haircut 💇♂️ does it done by the Braun blender too?
Super helpful! The one we bought here in Japan came with a recipe book too 😊 Now I just need to improve my Japanese enough to read the recipes haha
I just got mine in Japan too! 🙌 but no recipe book for me-maybe because I got the basic version without it all the attachments.

Blade pulls straight out
You didnt say a thing about the onion chop quality. Was it evenly chopped? Finely chopped? What?
I am unpacking and reading the instructions while playing and pausing this video and my Braun MultiQuick 7 doesnt have the smaller chopping beaker as shown in your guacamole demo.
Also, book does have some basic recipes
Mine broke without using it like crazy - it's a shitty plastic-heavy appliance with critical weak points (e.g. the coupling joint).

@@EverythingKitchens MQ9 is not MQ7, MQ9 is more expensive.
Hi, great review! Is it lightweight or does it have some weight to it.
Hi Ms. Patrissa, it isn't heavier then any other immersion blender I've used, it was quite comfortable while blending.
I just bought it, can’t wait to test it !
What’s the brand of the stand mixer behind you?
That is a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer in Satin Copper: evkitch.com/SatinCopper - I hope this helps!!
How easy is it to clean? it looks like the center blade in chopping container does not come out to clean is that right?

That's the only downside of this fantastic product
I believe these are made in Romania, not Germany. They are *designed* in Germany.
Will it make dough?

Thanks for the vid. Can we make nut butter?

Lol it sounded ( and visuals ) more of a Guac tutorials then Immersion Blender review.
Wow that guacamole must have tasted heavily of raw onion! Maybe a better recipe could be used for the demo
USELESS. HOW TO USE THE DIFFERENT BLADES!!!!!
