This could explain why the Jewish leaders did not believe Jesus was the Messiah. They expected the Messiah would be a great military leader like the Angel of the Lord before.

To me it makes perfect sense there are many sides to Jesus most people just want to go with the caring loving warm side of Jesus because it makes them feel good but the Bible clearly says our GOD is a warrior GOD & he's also the judge of judges & king of kings & lord of lords who will judge the world as you said in the book of revelation you're find the real Jesus in his GOD form

Now this should not shock you since the following information is located within the Old Testament.
Who the Nephilim really are .
    This is easy.
Bible scholars indicate the Nephilim are comprised of
    2 (two) components
    #1- spiritual
    #2- human
Half spiritual being (angels) and half human being (body).
Biblical scholars have left out the most important following information.
    Pay attention:
    This is so easy:
    Humanity is made up of
    2 (two) components.
    #1- the human body
    #2- spiritual being
    Now we know
    We are they.
We were the beauty of Israel which was cast down from Heaven to the earth.
We are the prisoners of the earth.
We were the precious gold in Heaven (when YHVH knew us before the foundations of the world) now we are as earthen vessels.
We have the hedge and chains (our human bodies) about our spiritual being, This information is
within the Lamentations of Jerimiah .
All information you desire is within the Old Testament which is the foundation and standard for all truth.
The Old Testament came from YHVH first.
The Old Testament Prophets reveal YHVH'S TRUTH.

Revelation is not really the reconciliation of the disparity you mention, but you are correct that it is about the nature of the enemy we were at war with at the time. Not sure many Christians could accept that Mary's Child is the same being that led men into battle before his birth, but it makes me wonder about other possible incarnations. Very thought provoking. In Jacob's case, it was the Angel of the LORD appeared and wresled with Jacob, and since that Angel of the LORD is not God the Father, it still does not contradict what Jesus said later on.

This vid is incorrect. The Angel of The Lord, The Commander of His Army is the Archangel Michael {Daniel 10:14}. This is clear and without dispute. Jesus is The Prince of Peace, The Son of God, not an angel. Why did you not mention more actual references to Jesus in the Old Testament? Like Genesis 32:24-30....or, as you briefly and poorly mentioned, Melchizedek in Genesis 14:18. However, I highly doublt Jesus, The Son of God, would take another actual human name. The wrestling match with Jacob was most likely Him, and does make sense and correlate how Jesus was able to evade capture and stonings when it was not His time, and why an army of temple soldiers was sent to finally take Him away and He went willingly because it was indeed the time. 🤔

So if Jesus as God came to talk to any man before he came later on the scene as Jesus in the New Testament then why does Jesus say no man has ever seen the Father except him?
    This contradicts all this.

But the Father is greater than me.

    • @breweryministries
      @breweryministries  8 месяцев назад +1

Great question. If I remember correctly, the original Hebrew is a little more clear about this issue. The idea is that man can't see God's full glory and live, but they can see God in a filtered form. Similar to how we can't look at the sun without damaging our eyes but we can look at pictures of the sun, or with something to protect our eyes (Moses could see God's backside in Exodus but not see all of Him). So the idea is man can see God in a "filtered form" such as in the form of an angel but not see His full form and live. I think the reason Jesus says the Father is greater than him is partly because when he became human, he didn't have access to all knowledge, only what the Father showed him. If he had remained all-knowing, I don't know that he would have truly been considered human. I'm sure there are other reasons but that one jumps out to me. I'm working on a video right now about Gideon and Moses' encounter with the Angel of the Lord that might dive into these questions more, where they were both afraid to look at the angel because they realized he is God and feared they might die.

      @@breweryministries
      Thanks allot for your reply,
I see allot of what you said in my mind also when I asked the question. Still is hard to sort out or fathom well.
I also have remembrance of how he says we also are gods like him and we have thrones and crowns and are seated next too which implies that no thrones are higher or lower throughout it all. All equal with the fathers.
Also how we are to have Christ in us and be in Christ and that we are parts of the fathers body also comes to mind.
In Mathew 24:5 Jesus also said that many will come using his name to say he is messiah and then says that this is how many will deceive many more.
Also the way when I think it was Peter was asked by him who do you say I am and he says something like about he’s the messiah and Jesus days don’t tell anybody that, as in like don’t teach that.
Also many do not know that the full name of Barnabas was Jesus Bar Abba and translated says Jesus son of or son from the Father. This could mean that this one came from above from the father and the other Jesus Christ could be the one that is like Tamuz born in a miraculous virgin type birth from the womb of a woman and be the fulfillment of the Old Testament about nimrod come again to be worshiped as god as he was long before all this. Then I think of how Virgin Mary was not of the tribe of Judah bloodline but Joseph was but he’s not supposed to be the bloodline of Jesus the Christ as it’s a virgin birth.
Also I found that all original source texts of any Bible all had a word removed from the passage that reads salvations from or through the Jews or for the Jews, depending on the translation given from any of the sources.
The word they all have in the original languages of the source texts all had the word not in them all. So it seems a warning was actually given to warm not to believe the Jews with this claim. Then you look at the verse that directly precedes this verse and it makes more sense together as it tells three times using the word world about all this and with the word NOT missing it made these two passages conflicting with each other. When repaired there’s absolutely no conflict there.
Then when you see this then it makes sense of how Jesus warns of the Jewish pharisaic priests and how they are of their father the devil who is the liar and murderer from the very beginning he says and this feels to me he means by beginning as in the garden. Then I think how it days of this god Jesus days is Satan that the Jews are his chosen children possibly that he rules this world here through as it begins to make sense of all we see. This would make them the Nephilim also and so they are human angel hybrid’s quite possibly. Jesus also warned the chosen or elected disciples about the antichrist that is worshiped as a statue that speaks, meaning it teaches false teachings and also he told of the false prophet or priest that will come and who will bring more priests up from him worse than himself into the church as wolfs in sheep’s clothing and he will talk of a false angel of light that comes and he warned of anyone saying he came in the desert or wilderness as in a second coming and made clear that of the entire world didn’t see his coming that then don’t believe it and then after he finished telling them these things he made it very clear of the timeframe that all this will occur and come by saying to them his elected ones that some of them standing there with him he spoke All of this to will still be alive to see it all occur and some would have passed seats before it all comes he was saying. This means definitively that the false Christ idol and the false prophet in the church will come very soon and not thousands of years later.
Well then about three years passed after Jesus said all this and left the earth plane and went unlit heaven not to return until nearly no man could surpass he said then came along Paul who out in the desert or wilderness tells of a light that comes to him that the world didn’t see come and he says he’s made an apostle by this angel of light as he’s out there between two cities traveling to Damascus. And what is interesting is that he tells the story multiple times and each time he tells it the details change on who saw or heard and didn’t see or heard. Just as a liar would do in not Brit able to keep a lie consistent in it telling every time it’s told. Then I found also that Paul and Jesus ate anti in at least one very important teaching I found that ruins it all for us to not be fully filled with the spirit of Ohs our Father and why we can’t do greater world or miracles than Jesus as he himself said of us to do. Jesus days to two of the seven churches that he had this one thing against them that they teach their people to eat burnt food sacrifices which is how they said cooked foods back then in their time also known as foods sacrificed to idols and I found wjen moth never eat cooked or processed foods miracles begins pretty right away when your temple body is clean inside as this is what this does as the priest Jesus said were dirty filthy rags Inside and we can be sure they ate the burnt foods offered in the false temple made by the hands of man from their alter or table in the sin of Gog or synagogue temples.
Now Paul is so clearly anti to this topic with Jesus as he pretty much says that if you don’t eat these foods then you have no faith in the power of god.
These are tings Tue Holy Spirit only taught and shared with me to see over the last 30 some odd years. Probably 33 or 34 years ago all of this began to be shown or revealed to me to see as if a veil was lifted for me to see. When I see these things plainly in the scriptures it blows my mind we didn’t see it am for over two thousand yrs because it not cryptic at all. It pretty plainly written right under our noses. Except for things like leaving words out of the scriptures like the word NOT.
      Good things to ponder here.
The entire world is deceived by doing chemistry revelations reveal and cooking food is chemistry 101 that makes foods fead meat, veggies or fruit.
Like how if you put any cooked food in a compost pile the entire pile becomes so toxic that if you put that toxic soil on any plant it will begin to wolf and die that same day. They tell us the more you cook food the more carcinogenic it becomes.
      Food for thought literally lol.

Yes, there is so much to think about. It is fun to see how understanding is unlocked as we learn more. I remember my theology professor said that part of the reason some of the original context of the Bible was lost is because after the 2nd century AD, few early church fathers were Jewish, so they lost some of the Jewish context that helped explain some of the original meaning. Luckily though we live in an age where we now have access to so much information and can recover some of the lost meaning. I have found this to be true on a lot of things. I don't think the most important points were lost, but many unessential things that I had questions about were. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn and research.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

    What about the Arch Angels?

  • @noidea2475
    @noidea2475 5 месяцев назад

I like the way how you approach controversial topics of religious beliefs. May I add another level with my train of thought: In the Old Testament there is two different words to describe how God interacts with us humans. The one is the Tetragrammaton YHWH (יהוה) which refers in the rabbinic tradition to a powerful hidden name of God that only a few wise men ever knew (Mose knew it for sure) but never dared to speak. The other one is the Elohim which can be (amongst other translations) understood as the Angels of the Lord (in plural). This creates a the possibility, that multiple different angelic entities could be involved as servants of God. I think that this is somehow accepted as common knowledge, and reflected in the popular concept of Archangels like Michael, Gabriel, Raphael acting like humans on the behalf of God. But here comes the interesting point. is not only the true name of YHWH (יהוה) that is believed to have a miraculous power. It is also the (Hebrew) name of the Christ that had such a power and the apostles knew this very well, as the New Testament tells us. We usually refer to the Latin translation of this name: Jesus. But we know from the Greek version that this a was common name in the Hellenistic Palestine, best to compare with the modern biblical name Josh as short form of Joshua (both Hebrew versions of that name would be Ἰησοῦς in Greek or Jesus in Latin). Personally, I think that Jesus was baptized using the older version of that name, the same that is used in the Old Testament for Joshua the son of Nun (who literally led the Israelite conquest against the Canaanite). Personally, I believe that this name revealed its power when John Baptist pronounced this ancient name over the waters of the Jordan. There seems to be rabbinic literature about learning the secret spelling of YHWH (יהוה) during a ritual where two rabbis stand in the waters inserting the sacred vocals into the Tetragrammaton, ensuring the right pronunciation. This literature also has a tradition of naming the sacred vocals, but I think the proper phonetic transcription of such an ancient name is a serious problem. May impression is: The phonetics of Jesus' Hebrew name is likely the same as the Hebrew name of YHWH (יהוה), which is again the same as of Mose's successor, the son of his servant Nun: יְהוֹשֻׁעַ (Yehoshúa'). This vocalization is close to the tradition of the 13th century (Jehova), except that that the "wa" is pronounced "schwa". To conclude my point: The apostles believed that the Messiah Jesus had power of God even in his name, that his name is the even the true sacred name of the Lord which the apostles were allowed to use to perform miracles on behalf of God. And as a "coincidence" this is also the name of Joshua the successor of Mose, the first recorded person ever that carried YHWH in his name and also performed miracles on behalf of God. And another Joshua restored as high priest the temple after the exile. The apostles acted like priests and they claimed the Messiah Jesus to be the true high priest in the order of Melchisedek. All this was of course considered blasphemy in the eyes of the "official" high priests, which were the only ones allowed to speak this sacred name once a year. Therefore it feels natural for me that the apostles words using the name Yehoshúa' were sometimes transcribed as Jesus and sometimes as Lord, depending how "offensive" this felt by the scribe. Remember: in Hebrew tradition it was natural to replace the true name of God with several circumscriptions, usually translated as "the Lord". I think this adds to the idea that Jesus was considered as the same spiritual being that acted as YHWH in the history when they carried the same sacred name. But in cases where the old Testament speaks of Elohim it could be other angelical beings like the Archangels, serving YHWH, the one and only God, the God that is a loving and caring Father and Friend of mankind.

    • @breweryministries
      @breweryministries  5 месяцев назад

That is interesting! Especially the scribe's hesitance to use God's name in places. I wonder if Jude 5 is one of those instances? I think that's the right verse... Where many manuscripts say Jesus led the Exodus but some scribes and translators changed it to Lord. I haven't done a deep dive into the history of God's name yet, just brief studying, but I have done quite a bit of reading on elohim. I first got into studying that from the book Unseen Realm, you might like it if you're into this sort of thing. You've given me some new ideas to look into!

In Greek logos literally means word, but it is more than that. It means the word that gives meaning and structure to reality.
In the beginning, before the creation of the world, God begat spirit sons and daughters. They matured and wanted to be more like their Father.
So, God, desiring that His children could grow to you more like Him, laid out a plan. His children had seen other worlds come into existence and eventually enter His glory, and the inhabitants, also His sons and daughters, had gone on to become like their Father.
They wanted the same opportunity. They had gone as far and had learned as much as they could as spirits, and they wanted to experience a physical existence, like their brothers and sisters had before them.
The plan, which God presented, was not new. He had used it before and will use it again.
He, through His children, would create another world (this earth) for those ready for a mortal experience. He said that the children, who were going to earth, would make mistakes and poor choices. The consequence of those errors would cause them to become imperfect, and they would not be able to return to live with Him in their imperfect state.
He told them that something had to be done, which would return them to a perfect state. That would be one of them, who would live a perfect life, and he would not break any law. He would remain perfect, thus he would be able to cleanse them. He would be able to satisfy the demands of the Eternal laws of Heaven and pay for their sins. He said that everyone, who agreed, would gain a physical body, but, because of the things experienced in the mortal world, some would not be able to return to live with Him.
He asked for a volunteer, who was willing to fulfill that role, and two of His sons stepped forward. One said that he would do the Father's will. The other said that he had a modification of the plan, which would let all of His children live perfect lives. His plan was to remove their agency, so that they could not sin.
God rejected that plan, because agency must not be compromised. He said that His children must be allowed to make choices, which are good and bad.
The other son agreed to the plan and was accepted. That was the Son we know as Jesus Christ.
The other son became angry, and he persuaded many of his brothers and sisters to fight against the plan. The war in Heaven resulted.
As a footnote, an angel is someone, who is sent to do something. It may be performing some act or carrying a message. It is a calling, a position, not a being. Angels can be spirits or mortals.
The war did not end, when they were expelled from Heaven. It continues here on earth till this day. The losers knew and know that they cannot win, but they are determined to take as many casualties as possible.
This is only a small part of the story. There is much more to it, and I have answers to give, which can clear up the questions, which have arisen. I hope to be able to share them.

If we are to take the Bible literally then I don`t believe that Jesus is being referred to as an Angel when the New Testament clearly says in the first chapter of the Book of John that Jesus is the one who created all things by the order of God the Father so Jesus is not going to be demoted down to the level of an Angel by calling him the Angel of the Lord. I think this Angel of the Lord talked about in the Old Testament was one of God`s Archangels like Michael the Archangel who was in charge of protecting God`s people in the Old Testament, that`s why after Moses died and Satan wanted his body, it was the Archangel Michael that wouldn`t let him have it. So just know that Jesus is God and is not going to be called an Angel in the Bible.

    • @breweryministries
      @breweryministries  5 месяцев назад +2

I think the confusion about the term comes from the modern definition of the word "angel." In the Old Testament period it wasn't a type of being. It just means "messenger," usually from the spiritual realm. Around the time the Old Testament was translated into Greek, the meaning of the word "angel" changed. They used it for every good spiritual being rather than a "job description" as it originally meant. So we now think of an angel as referring to a species. But that's not really what it originally meant. With the "messenger" definition, there's no real problem with Jesus being the Angel of the Lord because it doesn't lower his status. It's only when we use the modern definition that it seems to lower him in status to a regular angel.

Thank you! Yeah, I've heard that too, actually my Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible takes the position that early Christians were desperate to find Jesus in the Old Testament, so they made connections that weren't there. On the other hand, I have a couple other commentaries that say Jews viewed the Angel of the Lord as God in the form of a man, a view called the Two Powers In Heaven which predates Christianity. They say Jews declared that belief a heresy after the resurrection. I am not sure if my Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible just doesn't know about that, or if they have another reason for not buying into that view. I wish I knew more about their opinion there. It would be helpful on this subject!

No no no. First of all, Jesus and Joshua have the exact same name. Jesus/Joshua is from the Greek Iésous. So it may be referring to Joshua, who did help lead the people out of Egypt with Moses and into the promised land to begin fighting the nephilim giants. Jesus didn't pre-exist as the angel of the Lord. Some translations however do not have this name at all. Be careful friend. The trinity doctrine is not scriptural and there is no "triune God". The Father is God alone.

Forms of God are not a trinity, there isn’t a 2nd form of God, God our creator took on many forms ie burning bushes, clouds, melchezedec, angel of the Lord but his last for was a spirit to come back on his disciples in the form of Holy Spirit. Jesus is God almighty, there isn’t a trinity, Jesus body is not up there in heaven somewhere God is invisible. God used a human body and revealed his true name to man and it is
The Lord Jesus Christ, God put on different hats to be the things he wanted to prove himself to be. Don’t get twisted in a tag team of 3 in 1 that’s just bad math to begin with, it’s 1 God and he was made flesh and that flesh obeyed the God that created it, but when that body ascended in to heaven then it transformed back into the spirit it was which was the same God that made it. Jesus body was an extension of God not another God, it was John 1:14. Simple.

Great question. I think of it like there's "overlap" between God and Jesus. Some describe this as two distinct beings who are "separate but the same.". I think of it like if you were to make a copy of yourself, and you and your copy had a shared soul, yet were at the same time two separate beings. It's kind of hard to wrap our heads around, but ancient Jews looked at it like God in two different forms simultaneously. It seems to me that when God became Jesus, part of being human is not being able to see the future and know all things, so He gave up that power for a time. If Jesus had not done that then in my opinion he wouldn't truly have become human. So having given up the trait of being all-knowing, he then had to rely completely on God. I hope that makes sense. I've been trying to figure out an easier way to explain it. Maybe one being with a "dual nature" is another way to describe it

Yeshua is the reincarnation of Michael the Arc angel/Enki/Osiris aka “the Father” combined with Thoth the Atlantean aka “the son”

The Bible clearly says that God made them fight each other. You made stuff up and Jesus warned about adding stuff to the Bible. It's because you think what you think is as important as God's words. That is arrogant

Michael is the prince of Israel, but he is not the God of Israel. Jesus is the Holy One of Israel and the God of Israel.

It is called "Theophany"...the Pre-incarnate Jesus. Jesus always was and IS! The God Head. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. "In the beginning was The WORD, (Christ) and The WORD was with GOD, and The WORD , was GOD, and The WORD became Flesh. Jesus ..always existed. HE manifested Himself as The Angel of The Lord.. a pre-incarnate Jesus.

Jesus stripped himself of his godly attributes and became a man, not the warrior He is.

Rapid Fire, you are a gifted young, and you speak so well with authority, please shave off that schoolboy beard, and put on a shirt with a collar, your hair looks perfect. And a nice ring, a watch would look good. See I am 100% on your side, I use to walk around in boots T-shirt and a biker jacket, with chains, and skull rings, so you're not that bad, but we can laugh together

I believe that Jesus is a warrior. How could he be so nice you ask? I can relate very easily being a martial artist and a rehab specialist. I can be very nice, caring and help with healing, and on the other hand I have been trained to strike, grapple and kill. I learned properly though, with respect and control. I am a mere mortal. Imagine the power of Jesus!! "You can't truly call yourself PEACEFUL unless you are capable of great VIOLENCE. If you're not capable of great violence, you are not peaceful. You are harmless. Important distinction."

That's awesome. I love the martial arts analogy! That really does make a lot of sense. Reminds me of sensei in Karate Kid. He was very capable as a warrior but only used his fists when there was no other option.
