Explain the mechanics. What the horn coming out of the top does

The horn on the top is where the noise from the rotor and stator comes from. The bottom horn serves as an air intake for the rotor and stator which is coupled to an electric motor on the back that spins the rotor around inside the stator and also drives the siren around 360 degrees.

Heat waves in Milwaukee? Haven't seen any in Texas for a long while, specifically Waco. Maybe because of this quarantine. And temperatures are to hit 106 degrees on Friday and Saturday. Anyway, not bad of a video!

Thanks, well it really wasn't that hot out a temp of about 83 degrees and a dewpoint of like 53 or so, the sun been out since it came up so that's probably why you see that
